My husband performed at a neighboring hotel. Instead of driving back to the Treasure Coast we opted to stay in Cocoa Beach. The cost of the neighboring hotel was twice what we paid at La Quinta. The room was beautiful, the bed comfortable and the service excellent. We will be back in Cocoa Beach next month and we will be back at LaQuinta. See you next month😊
The hotel staff was great. This is a great place to stay, especially if your local jumping coasts. I left a couple items in the room and they said they would keep until our return. Which we will because the outstanding experience.
Fond hair on sheets, door was dirty room had a dirty mildew moldy smell . No cleaning service due to Covid 19 was their excuse if you needed fresh towels or extra coffee you were instructed to go tofront desk.
Friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Never got to use the pool but the area was nice. Rooms are clean but mattress and pillows are sub par. Overall we were very happy with our stay.
The staff was great, the hotel not so much. We booked through hotwire or travelocity or something and searched for a hotel that slept 2 adults and three children. We arrived to find out that there were only 2 queen beds and no couch or anything for the 3rd child. I asked for a rollaway which the girl at the desk said would be brought to the room. We went to open the door to our room and our keys wouldn't work. The man approached with the rollaway bed and said not to worry he had a master key. He opened the door and there was already someone in the room. The occupant popped up out of bed and yelled! Yikes. He raido'ed over to the front desk and the girl said to put us in 148. He opened 148 and the smell of wet towels was overwhelming. Then we tried figuring out where to put the rollaway bed and there was absolutely no place it would fit except for in front of the door. Total fire hazard. I called the front desk to find out where people typically put the rollaway and she said in front of the door. I said no way. That's a fire hazard. She offered to put us in a new room so I said yes if it's bigger to accommodate the rollaway. She said they were all th same size so that was not a very good solution. We decided to check out early as this was not whet we expected for $200 a night and just plain not safe. …
