Dear People, please avoid this timeshare. I'll share pics: furniture is worn to the point we had to sit on towels, yuck; non-stick pans peeling; cracked floor tiles; cheap everything; very small TV. No broom in the room; I had to borrow a mop from housekeeping. One star instead of Zero because the office persons were great, location is ok (could see the ocean from the balcony and easy walk to the beach), and the Murphy bed was cool.
We were given a guest certificate from a colleague through a timeshare. In fairness, our week visit was only $300. This is a dated facility, but right on the beach with friendly and helpful folks in the management office. It is next door to a park and easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier.
Seagull Beach Club in Cocoa Beach was the Worst experience EVER!! From the moment we arrived nothing but problems. Infested with centipede type bugs and filth. Dirty dishes, broken appliances and pots and pans so destroyed that you could not even boil water let alone cook your food without contamination. Dirty linens and ceiling fans. Broken mini blinds and peeling cupboards. Rusty stove and refrigerater. Management could not resolve one problem. To top it off the pool was also closed for maintenance. Never go there!!!
We came here in August and had a great time.Price was good , place was clean. Short walk to beach .beach was nice and clean .water wasn't clear though.Fun bar next door and lots of great places to eat close by
Good staff. Not updated. Things breaking. Will not go back. Not a good place. The beach was the best part. Don't go there. Interval International Rip Off! La de day, la de day, la de day. Detail, detail, detail, detail, detail, detail, detail, detail.
