We (2 people) stayed in a king bed suite for 5 nights. Pros: -Two blocks walk to a secluded part of the beach. Was never crowded when we visited the beach in this area. -has an elevator -spacious living room, bathroom, bedroom and even a small nook for suitcases/clothing storage -two windows not facing hallway -clean rooms -not in "downtown" Cocoa Beach but still a good location by restaurants and attractions -air conditioning works well, shower water heats up fastly -partially good customer service (see con below) Cons: -No wifi for cell phones except in lobby. In the rooms they have an ethernet cable but I think it only hooks up to certain types of laptops -One time we asked for coffee cups to be delivered to our room and they said we would have to come down and get them. Not sure if this was because they were short staffed or whatever the reason. -there was a screw slightly sticking out of one side of our headboard. Not sure of the reason for this but could be a safety hazard. -no free breakfast The lack of wifi would be the biggest downfall for me. Overall this hotel is a good place to stay near the beach and other attractions in Cocoa Beach.…
Love the location, with steps to the beach, lots of food options around, including grocery stores. The hotel itself needs some renovations, which are underway. Trevor at the front desk was one of the kindest hotel employees I have met. Answered so many questions, gave me local tips, and was just so professional and a great human.
My wife paid for this hotel through booking site for a call weekend at the nearby hospital. When I arrived they said they didn't have a room but when I insisted my wife had paid for one and I needed it for work they found one that was dirty and smelly. My wife had to contact the booking site as the hotel blamed it on the site. There was sand in the refrigerator, confetti from prior guests behind and under the bed and hair in the shower. The room smell liked cigarettes even though there's a "nonsmoking" policy. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
This place have been updated, very clean , fast check in, they gave us a ocean view 4th floor, got a roof parking and we were worry of moving the car and loose the spot but the hotel is so well located that no car needed to eat or shopping, we definitely be back.
We booked here as an overnight prior to our curise...that being cancelled, we extended our stay to a week. The location is right in the middle of everything. The cruise port is just norht, great restarunts are close by. Unfortunately the virus affected the services provided by the hotel. The staff made up the difference. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was beautiful and the pool are relaxing. We would go back.
