Great family hotel. This was our family's 3rd trip to Surf Studio. Great waking up having some coffee and watching the sun rise. The owner and staff are just supper friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Third visit to Surf Studio, this time in one of the Oceanfront Suites. Once again, we enjoyed the gorgeous location and enjoyed the deck for morning coffee, the pool to cool off in the afternoon, the beach for surfing, and the grill for cooking dinner. The staff is very friendly, especially Dena the housekeeper. The one drawback (which is the...

We live in Orlando about an hour's drive from this beach front hotel. The property is family owned and real casual which is what we like. The owner Greg is a great guy and really helpful if you need anything. We won't stay anywhere else but this hotel when we are in Cocoa Beach. The rooms are Old Florida style,...

We had an apartment with a separate bedroom which was clean, well equipped and spacious. All look down out to the sea, some nearer than others. Great seating areas where you could read, eat and drink whilst gazing out onto the ocean. Nice pool area too. This part of Cocoa Beach in unspoilt and tranquil, lots of fishing. Owners on...

Exceeded my expectations..simple, clean comfortable apartments right on beach. Very clean heated pool, friendly staff and quiet, family friendly grounds. Apartments could use some updating, but they are very clean with comfortable beds. Overall, I really enjoyed the location and beach.

I'm not sure how to sum up a trip to Surf Studio in a few words. Our family has been visiting here ever since we've been a family (my wife and I have been together 26 years) and she was a regular many years before that. If you're looking for a low key, tranquil vacation this is the place. If...

this was ideal as a place to spend our last 4 nights of the trip. we really liked the low key nature of the smallish site and it's right on the beach. it was much cleaner than other beach front properties we've stayed in and there's air con too. we made some use of the kitchenette and that made the...

Only about 10 units and not at all fancy resort, but this small quiet sort of old fashioned motel is clean and right on the beach in a quiet area south of the center of Cocoa Beach. Rooms are complete with kitchens, which would have been handy if I had the opportunity to do any surf fishing - next time....

My family (and now I) have visited this hotel throughout my life during our vacations. I recently visited again and had a wonderful time. the beach is right there as soon as you exit your room. The owner is laid back and always eager to help. If you are looking for a small "mom & pop" type of place, this...

This family-owned and run resort is clean, simple, unassuming, comfortable, low-key. A path from doorway to the ocean. I walked on the beach, drew, meditated, daydreamed. It was a fine place to decompress. Several blues and jazz venues are nearby, in Cocoa Beach, Sebastian and other towns.
