The photos speak for themselves. We have just arrived at this property and sent these photos to IPG, the reply was that this is acceptable wear and tear of the property and no mention of the dirt and dust on floors and skirting, architrave etc that could be easily wiped away if they cleaned!!

Rented from IPG for the 5th year for a month long stay. Previously every aspect of dealing with them was very good. If something broke or there was a problem, it was quickly rectified. In a previous stay, they even voluntarily refunded money to us because of a pool problem. This year was full of disappointments and dissatisfaction. We were told by a repair employee of IPG that IPG has new owners. That would explain how quickly this company has become a disaster. Here we go with some lowlights: upon agreeing to rent a 4 bedroom home, I was told the down payment was 50% of total cost. Other years it was $250. They changed it and said $250 was ok. Other years, there was a 5% discount for repeat customers. They said it was included, they lied. I did calculation on their website on the home I was renting and it came out to the exact price they quoted. The online quote did not know I was a repeat customer. They had me forward my driver’s license and a copy of my credit card 3 or 4 times. Even after paying in full they were repeatedly asking for copies. Check In information was supposed to be forwarded 3 days before my rental date. I didn’t receive it and started calling to get it. That required more than 1 call and seemed like representatives had no idea what their own procedures were. Finally, and with a fear of what we would encounter when we arrived in Kissimmee, the house. All the tvs were small, 2 were Roko and 2 were cable ready. The main tv in living room was a Roku. They had 2 remotes which were both needed. Over our time we had to get 2 new remotes. One was left on the outside on door step, we had to program it. We had the pool heater die, a couple of days to replace. We had the coffee maker die, a 12 cup which they replaced with a 5 cup. The house thermostat was programmed to be set at 78 degrees. We had to constantly go and turn it down to 73. In the morning you could feel it was getting too warm because it was revert back to 78. The information on Wi-Fi and garbage days were wrong. We had to have someone come in to get us on the Wi-Fi because we didn’t have a password. We had to ask a neighbor about days for garbage collection. All the calls made from home dealing with renting, to the the questions and problems in the rental were with people I had a hard time trying to understand. To be fair, I like the location of the house and it was a rather private spot in the community, and after the pool was fixed, it was a nice pool. I’ll look around next year but I really hope these people wise up!

We rented this cottage for 12 days. It’s walk to the beach. 3 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Washer dryer. Equipped kitchen but dishes were hand wash only. Not microwave safe. Bring paper plates. All bedrooms are upstairs. Main bedroom was comfortable. The twin room and double room were very hard mattresses. We read that earlier on VRBO. Cleanliness was lacking. We had to vacuum the rugs upstairs as they were too dirty to walk barefoot on. Both screened porches were very dirty. Lots of broken pots and dead plants scattered around the yard. The downstairs was hardwood and fairly clean. The baths needed a good cleaning. Hair in the upstairs sink. It’s a great location. Relatively quiet neighbors. I would rate it 4.5 stars if they paid more attention to these details.

Stayed at 321 Jetty Way over Thanksgiving during our family vacation. House was nice and clean. The management and employees were disappointing. The gate security system doesn't make any sense. You have to get a gate pass between the hours of operation of the front desk. So if you check in after those hours on the first day, and are going to the parks all week there is no time to be able to get a gate pass. The security guards hassled me about stopping by the main desk to get a gate pass. They told me I should just go to the parks later to get the pass, and that if I didn't they would "have my vehicle towed". I am still shocked they would threaten to tow a paying customer. Also, we paid for pool heating, it was not working so they had maintenance come by to check it out. Turns out they didn't turn it on in the first place. So finally by the end of the trip we finally got the heat turned on. I had multiple emails about getting refunded for services not rendered. They eventually just stopped responding. This is absolutely ridiculous for a rental company.

We arrived at our Florida villa on the 19th December. The first evening, everything was fine. The pool was heated, the house was reasonably clean and there was a small welcome food package. Day two, however, was a very different matter. The pool heating wasn’t working, it was the weather that was to blame (apparently) this issue continued and each service log that was created was supposedly dealt with. It was not! Moving on, we gave up with the pool and tried to make the best of the situation. Christmas Day arrived and put cooler stopped working. I reported it and a repair request was logged. Someone eventually came out to look at the cooler and said that the wires had burnt and it was now a fire hazard. A part would be ordered and it would be fixed that day or the next. IT WAS NOT! Fast forward to 1st January and we still do not have a working cooker. I called every day, sent emails and even emailed our booking company in the UK. To say we are disappointed is a huge underestimate. I am appalled and quite cross with their lack of communication and poor effort to resolve issues reported. This morning, I began to clean down the villa for our departure. I moved all furniture and it clearly showed that it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival. Food/rubbish that we had not had was behind the sofas. How disgusting?

Ipgflorida canceled my property reservation in October 2022. I paid them in full in July 2022. I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my refund. Beatrice, Gene Martin and Anna Marie Santini are the associates and they all lie to you. They are corrupt and untrustworthy. Never rent from them !! Use VRBO, they refunded my money in 7 days after cancellation. You Cannot trust Ipgflorida. Still waiting for my refund. HELP. 👎👎

This has the potential to be a lovely rental; however, it’s dirty, tatty and tired and there are no instructions anywhere! The bedding smells like it’s washed someone armpit! It’s smells terribly of BO which means I will have to wash everything again!!!! the glasses were filthy, there’s no storage for food, the pool is filthy and has tiles missing, pool netting is broken and ripped, the outside furniture is really old and tatty, blinds and curtain poles are broken, some lights don’t work, the tvs are a nightmare to set up and one doesn’t work. The ‘games room’ is an old wonky pool table with broken cues. They supply just 1 bin bag and 2 dishwasher tablets - there’s no dishcloths or cleaning products, which means I will have to go out and buy it all, which I am not happy about what so ever!! I’m unable to get hold of the management company.

Run!!!! Book with anyone else but this company. Do not rent this house. 2266 Lelani Circle Davenport Florida is full of problems. They have zero customer service. We didn’t even actually rent this house. We had rented a different location and it was sold. We were NOT notified of the sale or them moving our family to another location. We found out when part of our group arrived at the address we had contracted and the owner happened to be there. We rented a 10 bedroom 8 bath house so you can imagine the logistics of just changing a house UPON arrival. The property owner of our contracted rental told us we were probably moved into 2266 Lelani. A repair man let us in the door (he is the only reason we had a place to sleep that night). We obviously had to have at least one adult stay at the home until we could get the correct door code around 11:00 the next day because the door code IPG provided did not work on this door at this house. I wish that was the only issue I with this rental. In short the home was unclean, food left in the oven & refrigerator, we had to strip beds, vacuum floors, scrub toilets, wash and fold towels that were left in the washing machine and discard trash. There were boxes of furniture waiting to be assembled laying around the house that we had to move elsewhere. BUT WAIT there is more. One bathroom sink did not drain (husband fixed it) and another bathroom had no hot water. I will tell you this was not the worst of it. Not even close. The A/C unit for the downstairs of the home where the oldest folks in our group were sleeping was broken. We called multiple times, were told lies upon lies about repair men who would be there. Those repair men were never scheduled so obviously we waited, losing more time from our vacation and they were never coming. We were told they would send someone and they lied. We sat around this home off and on for 4 days waiting for someone to repair the A/C. We finally tracked down a realtor who helped us. We are pretty sure if not for her it would have never been corrected. We spent hours upon hours and made 20 or more phone calls (we stopped counting) to get someone to help us. Skip this company and this property. Save your sanity. DO NOT use IPG properties for any of your needs. If you own a home do not have them represent you.

Poorly managed company! Be ware using this company. I had reserved a condo for the week of June 19th thru June 26th. Once I arrive at the condo I found out the condo had been sold & I wasn't able to stay at this location. After making a few calls I was finally told to drive over 30 minutes away to a different condo that I didn't reserve & didn't have the same activities I had reserved for my teenage kids (pond, basketball court & volleyball court). I was not notified of the issue prior to my stay nor was I given an opportunity to pick the location I wanted to stay. When I arrived at the new location I was charged an extra $150 for resort fees that took 2 days to get refunded. I tried to contact the IPG about changing condos because of the location. I called several different phone numbers 52 times to try to resolve the issue only able to actually talk to a person 5 times. Each time I spoke to them I asked to talk to a manager & was told every time, "no manager was available to talk". Every time I was assured they would call me back. It's a week later & I have still have not received a single call back. I wrote a review on their website & it received an immediate response for me to call them & let them know how they could make my review a 5 star review. I tried to call the call number they posted and no one answered. I went to the physical address that I found on the internet and the door was locked with a notification taped on the door from the sheriff about a court date. Other reviews I read says they had trouble getting help when they had problems & they could not get them to answer the phone. This company has ruined the vacation I had planned & had nor has any intensions in making any of it right.
