Detailed Reviews
The staff is excellent always going above and beyond to accommodate requests and make the stay enjoyable. The sites are decent sized, level, and fully equipped. The park is large, but the huge number of sites are often fully booked in the high season (Nov - April). This is a very popular RV Park attesting to the value and the desires of many returning guests. This is my tenth stay at this park and I plan to come back as soon as I can.

This is the second time we have camped in this campground. Both times we had great experience. The common areas are well cared for, the RV sites were large enough and you did not feel like you were on top of the campers next to you. It was very quiet and peaceful and everyone was very nice and helpful.

We found this campground to overall be clean, feel safe, and was quiet, but is pretty shabby. The whole facility needs an overhaul/update. The pool area was run down, very little patio furniture, very little shade which limited our swim time during the daytime hours, and was the only part of the facility that we noticed excess trash all over the pool deck and debris (we only visited the pool by the clubhouse). We also couldn't access the bathhouse after 9pm and before 9am as it was located inside pool gate and was locked after hours. This posed a problem when my husband tried to take an early morning shower. There is no playground like the map shows on the website. The biggest frustration was that we had biting fire ants at our site, but could not get ahold of anyone at the facility to come treat them- the phone number that was provided to us would never connect us to anyone- even when we called during normal business hours. We also paid for an upgrade to a patio site, but unfortunately, never got to use the "patio" because it was poured as a square in the middle of the site (off driveway) but not in a location that would make it usable as intended. If we wanted to use the patio- ideally we would set our RV steps on it and position the RV so that our awing would cover the patio space so we could enjoy eating outdoors, we would have to pull our RV so far forward that we wouldn't have room for our truck to park on the site. it was poorly thought out how they positioned the patio pad. It prob. works just fine for a smaller motorhome but certainly not for a truck and trailer style rv (our travel trailer is 26') or large motorhome. Unfortunately, as much as we wanted to find a "home base" for our florida travels, this RV "resort" wasn't it.

Based off older reviews, it seams like this park has really made huge leaps in how nice it is. There's a lot of amenities here, nice swimming pools, dog park, basketball nets and it's clean and well kept. This could be somewhere you could stay a week or two and enjoy the park and the surrounding areas.
That's the good, here's the bad.
If you have ATT as your phones/internet, find somewhere else to go, this place has extremely poor reception here, I'm talking in the range of less than 1MB per second download speeds. I'm pretty shocked because of the location it would be this bad, we've been all over the east coast and this has been the worst place for reception by far.
The only reason I've knocked it all the way down to 2 stars is because of the spot we were given. There was no reason to put us on a corner lot that's extremely small for our rig. Small enough I can't put my back awning out or put my dog on his leash and trucks/cars feel like they're driving through your rig rounding the corner. Looking out my window, and walking the park, there's more than enough spots left to give us something larger to accommodate our rig. I'm beginning to think this is typical for Encore parks with Thousand Trails Members as it happens too often with us when we visit these Encore properties. We are Adventure Pass Holders, and spending the amount of money we did, it would be nice to come to an Encore park and get a half decent spot. Also, the sewer here runs uphill so I have to constantly walk the hoses each time we drain.

You’re paying for location and that’s about it. I’d suggest finding a privately owned campground.
Access to the pool was limited, hot tub was cold, and they don’t have WiFi (you have to pay a third party company, and that didn’t even work)

Sites are spacious and well kept. Bathrooms and laundry facility were clean. Pool in the 800 loop could use more attention. It needs a good pressure wash of the decks, chairs, etc. Also, it does not appear as though it is cleaned regularly. A few dead palm leaves could be removed in the area to help. Great location if going to the parks. It is close to everything. There is an Aldi at the entrance and a Publix across the street!!

2 Nice Pools. Great staff and great people stay there. Very clean facilities. Restrooms regularly cleaned and the guests appreciate that and keep them clean. The sites are gravel and concrete and very well groomed with good size side patios. It was quiet and peaceful. The only noises we heard were maybe a mower or a jogger running by. Friendly, clean, fresh place to stay. What more can you ask for?

For 5 years, we've stayed at 3 resorts in the Kissimmee/Clermont, FL area several months a year. By far, Lake Magic puts more effort into making us feel welcome and comfortable. Their resort is clean and neat, the restrooms, pools, laundry rooms, etc are always in neat as a pin condition. When a neighboring resort told us we couldn't remove our new truck camper from the truck and we questioned how would we be able to drive out and get groceries, etc.... the other resort staff literally said that wasn't their problem. When we arrived at Lake Magic and I asked if I could remove my truck camper and leave it at my site while we went out, they quickly responded, "of course. It's your RV, your vehicle, your site." It was refreshing.

During Check in front ofc Katie puts me in a site with no electric. Someone from ofc called the day before to have some of the sites electric to be shut off. End result due to no power I was in hospital for 7 days with heat stroke and mini strokes due to heat exhausted and stress the employees at this resort put me thru. The moment I arrived I had Katie check me in. First reaction thought how she had a great customer service personality and even told her to never lose that skill. Got to my site and thought good site. So unhook my camper from jeep and hooked up everything and leveled camper out. It starting getting out in camper as I was putting things in order to look like a leaving space for 2 weeks to feel like a home instead of a camper. My normal routine since I moved in my camper full time August 2020 on the Thousand Trails Program. Never had a problem with all the other Encores or Customer Service until Lake Magic. So as I am unpacking putting stuff in it's place, I now realize A/C not kicking on nor do I have power. So went to check to make sure I plugged power in correctly. Still not working. So I called front office. Katie sent Jordan and Quinn to my site. Then the new Maintenance Supervisor Dean. They all said the power at site not working that I can move to another site. Well I am a 51 year old lady who is dying from cancer. I already took all my energy from packing up from one campground to drive hour and half to this campground and to unhook and level out camper that I had no energy left to rehook and pack everything back up to move again. So they called up Duke Energy to have them come check the power box and this was by 12:45pm. The employees from resort said Duke energy should be quick they always are. By 5:06pm Duke Energy and Dean pulls up to my site. I start recording from inside my camper and I record this conversation where Duke Energy calls his office to see why power shut off. Duke Energy Rep tells the Duke Energy Tech that someone from Lake Magic called to have this site and other sites power to be shut off. And all someone from Lake Magic Ofc has to do is call in to have it turned back on in seconds. I record Dean telling Duke Energy Tech that Dean is new and that the office employees don't know their heads from their ass and that Dean was about to quit. So by 5:30pm Katie and Dean comes to my site and says Duke Energy closed at 5pm so they were unable to get power turned back on at this site so I could either move or stay at site

We had the opportunity to stay at Lake Magic RV Resort for seven days in our RV. This was our first occasion to stay at Lake Magic after many trips to Orlando Florida over the years.
We found this RV park to first of all very convenient to an extensive selection of restaurants and other shopping opportunities. Walt Disney World was an easy drive only miles and minutes away. Lake Magic's central location is perfect for all of the aforementioned locations.
Lake Magic is an expansive RV park with adequate sites. The sites are level and have concrete pads. Ours was a pull-thru adding to it's convenience. Sites are essential plain with little, if any trees or other horticulture features. The swimming pool was adequate, but not very large. I would have assigned 5 stars but for two reasons, two obvious reasons. First we seldom saw anyone working in their central office. They were often gone before closing hours. Secondly was the on-site laundromat that did not work. It required cards purchased from a dispenser to lauder your clothing, but the card dispenser was not working and no one was present in the central office prior to posted closing hours. Fortunately there's a superb full service and we'll staffed laundromat just to the left next to Aldi supermarkets. They had staff that would assist with your laundry. Their customer service was outstanding and highly recommended! They are YoWash Laundromat at 110 Kersey Street. We highly recommend their services for a safe, clean, and well managed facility with on-site staffing.
We enjoyed our quiet time at Lake Magic RV Resort. It served it's purpose as a quite, peaceful, place to sleep during excursions to the endless Orlando Florida entertainment sites. We would highly recommend Lake Magic RV Resort for these reasons.

I cannot answer your specific question, as we drag our home behind us. But, if the mini-homes are as nice as the rest of the grounds you will not be disappointed. The entire park is very well maintained.
I stayed here in a motorhome, near the park models so I do not know about the cleanliness of the interiors. The park overall was clean as were the bathrooms, pools and laundry areas. Dogs cannot be unattended. I suggest you contact them to ask about he dogs. Maybe they would allow one of those portable areas if you do not leave them out unattended.
