The location is great and we had a true water front suite. The beach is awesome. That ends the good part. Valet parking was unmanned when we arrived. We parked in the inside lot. Front desk said that was fine and we could exit using our key card. The next day our car was blocked and again no valet. Thu s happened twice. I was not greeted as Hilton honors member. I was not told about the room cleaning policy. Therfore our room was not cleaned. The second day I asked to have the room cleaned which did not happen until 5pm Two put of the five major brodcast stations did not work. After engineering came I was told sorry but nothing will be done until December when they negotiate a new video contract. The phone in the room did not work and was not able to be fixed. Overall staff was below average. Beach services were very expensive. This property is not anywhere near Hilton standards.…
Having stayed over 100 nights a year in Hilton properties for the past 16 years, Denzel (see photo of Denzel and Amanda) and his staff are simply the finest in the USA; bar none! My wife and I just stayed there for nine glorious and heavenly nights. She said it was her favorite vacation to date because she finally relaxed and she loves the staff. I am posting several photos and they speak for themselves. Note the one where my wife is on a short work zoom call from our bed with the gulf in the background. I like to talk and consequently remember a lot of names. Just ask our awesome poolside server, Bridget, and, too, recreational hosts Jacey and Riley. We talked their ears off and boy does Neil do a great job with his hospitality staff! I will mention a many names as I can and be assured each one of them in some way made our visit the best ever. I will start with the end of our stay and say that nobody can pack luggage in to a car like Steve!!! Neil and his staff are second to none. Jacey has a huge opportunity ahead of her in with her hospitality career! Bridget, Rain, and Sean at the pool are the finest servers and represent your hotel wonderfully. Karleen, our Housekeeper, is superb and thank you for all the pillows...I just had back fusion surgery at Mayo Clinic. Need late night milk? Well, my wife Angela did and Minnesota Mike is your guy. Mary is still the loveliest hostess for breakfast along with Debbie and Jessica. Amanda is awesome, too! Daniella at the desk has the best smile in the place and is very helpful. Zee at the desk is very professional and knows everything. But really it is Denzel who is your guy for anything! Cudos to the Bellman, too! Thanks, Charlie and Steve. Here is everyone who helped us enjoy this very special and important time of our lives: Jacey, Bridget, Rain, Stacy, Minnesota "Milk" Mike, Mary, Bobby, Jessica, Kaori, Debbie, Kyle, Gale, Riley (looking forward to seeing our beach photos you took), Flamur, Keara, Amanda, Karleen, Daniella, Monea, Denzel, Neil, Zee, Michael, Paul, Kevin, and Bellman Steve and Charlie. Sorry if I missed anyone. God bless you all and keep up the great "family" atmosphere and tradition there. Peace, Jay and Angela …
The hotel location was absolutely amazing so many shop’s restaurants amd things to do all within walking distance! The room was ok could hear my neighbor pretty clearly but not the worst place I have ever stayed
We found used shop, towels and key from previous in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced ASAP. I would not stay here in my future trip.I could not sleep both nights and that messed up my entire trip.
Hotel was refreshed but still felt a bit worn. Stunning beach area but you have to pay for chairs and umbrella. Valet team is professional but know you will have to pay $25 a day to park but you are right on the beach. Note that you are directly on the beach but it is a long walk to the water. Nice activities listed for families. Food was nice in restaurant and room service was fantastic. Due to COVID room is not cleaned unless you stay multiple days (think 5) but you can ask for towels and they quickly respond. Nice sized room and fridge. Room includes a coffee maker and coffee and tea are provided.
