Great family friendly place. Just a short walk to the beach. Bay view. Nice warm swimming pool. My son loved that they having fishing poles you can borrow. Great place. Lots of things to do with in walking distance. Look forward to coming back.

This is our happy place. Coral resort is friendly, safe and so clean. Patti and Michelle do a great job. The pool is so nice and the dock over looking the intercoastel is fabulous. See you next year! We always stay in the same unit A1 and it’s beautiful. Love the patio area for morning coffee and Happy hour.

Been staying here for the last 7 years and never disappoints. Love the common patio area and the super clean pool area. Every year we meet so many amazing people. The small pier/ dock area is lovely for your morning cup of coffee and more times then not will see a dolphin or two swim by. Pattie dies a great job keeping the resort running smoothly!

My husband and I enjoyed our third stay at Coral Resort. We rented D-6 (an efficiency apartment) which was all we needed. The rooms are always clean and stocked with everything we need for our stay. We always enjoy our time out on their private dock and relaxing by the pool. It is so much fun to talk to the other visitors who have been coming there for years to compare stories and talk about wonderful places to eat. The Coral Resort is conveniently located to the downtown and beach and the trolley system can take you where you need to go, so no need for a car. We were so impressed with the new management- Patti and Michelle do an excellent job of making sure you have all you need to make your stay the best it can be. We often recommend this place to our friends and look forward to our next visit.

This is the third time I have stayed on this property. I try to book a different unit/experience each time I rent here and this one did not disappoint. This second story unit above the office is the largest on the property with 2 separate bedrooms and baths. It has plenty of room and was very comfortable. It's not everyday when a rental is super clean and has comfortable beds and pillows!!! This unit has everything you need, full service kitchen, iron, hairdryer, large walk-in closet to put all your gear, 2 roomy couches to lounge on and blankets (because the AC works like an iceberg). Every room had windows and was bright- It was clean, we felt safe and it is within a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I look forward to my next visit!

We booked the unit C-4 from Sheryl via Airbnb well in advance, along with another place in Daytona for the week following our Clearwater stay. Both places were about the same price. As we were to find out once arriving in Daytona, the difference could not have been more drastic. And that does not speak for our unit at Coral Resort. While getting to our accommodation was easy, not withstanding the down-pour from Tampa airport on our way the manager of the resort was still on hand to hand us the key to our apartment. having lugged our luggage up the stairs we arrived at a place that was way smaller than we expected and could have guessed from the photos. The bath room and shower seemed to have been redone recently and gave the best impression of the place. Everything else was well worn. The Futon was short of being filthy and the fold-out bed from the wall unit seemed to have seen better days, with me measuring 6-2, being way too short and uncomfortable. The sliding door too the tiny balcony had the the blinds falling off when trying slide the door open. So we did not really use it in the fear of having the entire blinds collapsing. The fridge was humming loudly all the time which was really disturbing at night. The lamp on the stand between the two armchairs would not stay on. The only other light was from the ceiling fan and one inside the foldable bed. Another light fixture above the stove was not attached properly at crashed into my wife's joghurt and had produced a big mess for her to clean up. The whicker chairs were really uncomfortable to sit on. Our overall impression is things barely worked at this apartment, which is definitely too small for two people. It might be ideal for young folks that are only there to crash but not to spend time. Although the overall impression of the complex was positive and clean, it will not be on our wish list for future stays. On the positive side is the pool and the little pier towards the the intra-coastal. Also the sun-rises are spectacular if you are an early riser. The proximity to the beach and the resort being within walking distance of the main beach area are a plus as is the fact that it is generally quiet, which would make it ideal for folks that need to get some rest and away from all the noise the beach night life has to offer. We feel Cheryl really needs to upgrade the place. This is our honest advice as we have a good reference with what it could be from our stay in Daytona. Please fix the window blinds. Throw out and replace the grumbling fridge. Get rid of the filthy futon and instead provide for two foldable baggage racks. Please provide for two comfortable chairs for the table and put in a comfortable bed and mattress that sleeps two tall persons. This apartment can really only sleep two persons. Any higher number is misleading and will only disappoint the guest. You also need to think about your pricing. With all the improvements I named it is still on the expensive side. For nearly the same price we got a huge apartment in Daytona with all amenities, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living room and other goodies all chique and elegantly modelled. Your place offers potential, but just not in state it is right now. One more thing, please pay the ice cream parlour from across the street a visit, really great guy, he makes great ice and needs business.

My wife and I have stayed at numerous places at Clearwater Beach and The Coral Resort is far and away the best. Our most recent vacation was initially scheduled for September 13th—two days after the arrival of Hurricane Irma. Patti, the manager, went above and beyond what any other rental manager would have done to communicate with us to cancel and reschedule our vacation for the following month. The resort is very clean and you can tell she cares about the property and the guests. She asked me personally about my stay and if I needed anything—on my first full day! Every time we visit, we meet people that have been coming to stay here for years. They are from all over the world. Never, have I ever heard anyone say one single thing negative about the resort. My wife and I hate to leave when our vacation is over but we definitely look forward to our next visit. We highly recommend staying here while visiting one of the most beautiful places on the globe!

I never thought I would be writing this but I would really like potential guest to know how bad this hotel has slipped into a place you would not want to stay. The room we stayed in was B1 is in need of repair. Past leaks in the ceiling have not been painted. The floor needs to be refinished. The bathroom is in need of updating. Upon arrival we found there to be no wash cloths or enough hand towels, we had only 3 bath towels. When we asked the two women that were managing the place we were told that this was the way it is and that we were not staying at the Hilton. We have stayed at this hotel in the past for at least 15 to 18 years. Never has been this bad. I Challenge the owners to call me for our experiences on our stay from August 12 to August 19 of 2017. The past mangers " George and Sandra" would have never let it get this bad ! James & Sandra Willhoite
