Coconut Cove All Suites is a mockery of a vacation destination. From the moment we discovered a broken security chain on our front door, we were plunged into a grim and discomforting stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a privacy nightmare with non-existent locks. Picture yourself paying for a 'suite' where you can't even ensure your own privacy. That's the unpalatable starter course in the grotesque feast that this place serves up. The suite was an unsettling exhibition of broken appliances, the very embodiment of flagrant neglect. The toaster was reduced to a pointless prop, completely useless, and the refrigerator barely functioned - a glorified cupboard rather than a cooling device. Dirty dishes languished forgotten in the dishwasher, an egregious indication of the hotel's disregard for cleanliness. The stove bore a sickening coat of old food and grime. Everywhere we turned, there was dust, dirt, and evidence of an almost aggressive disregard for cleanliness. Even the lamp shades were victims, torn and discolored. Stepping outside did nothing to lift our spirits. The pool area was a minefield of small rocks, making every step a painful ordeal. The decking was so badly damaged that it posed a safety risk, adding peril to what should have been a relaxing environment. Beds were an exercise in discomfort, sagging depressingly, and the pull-out sofa was a gallery of unidentifiable and off-putting stains. Online, Coconut Cove All Suites masquerades as a haven, thanks to manipulated images on Instagram and Facebook. But those images are a fantasy. The real picture is starkly different - the place is a dilapidated dump, nothing more. Despite this, the audacity of the management knew no bounds, charging us a 'resort fee' of $22 a day. The supposed amenities, like bicycles, were predictably out of service, like so many other things in this shambolic establishment. As for the staff, they were a constant source of disappointment. Worn down by a perpetual stream of justified complaints, they reacted with blatant rudeness. Any discussions about a refund were met with dismissive indifference. Our stay was such a debacle that we decided to throw in the towel. We checked out early, deciding to forgo our prepaid days. Paying for a decent room elsewhere was preferable to spending another minute in this abhorrent place. This is more than a review, it's a dire warning to all considering Coconut Cove All Suites. Ignore the luring online images and choose literally anywhere else. This place is an absolute disaster, a disastrous caricature of a hotel, and an experience to avoid at all costs.…
