It's nothing over the top, but the price and location make it so worth it. Not even a block to the ocean, there are many restaurants, ice cream shops and plenty to do. Having a small kitchen with table makes quick meals easy with family.

Stayed at this condo with my parents who were visiting from up north. The location is what saved this for me. We stayed on the second floor and hauling up our items up the narrow steps was tricky. But the non secure entry is what we did not like. To get in the main gate you just press a button on the screen door basically. One of the nights at 3am we were awoken by a drunk man yelling profanity and banging on all the condos doors to let him in. The police and ambulance came as we watched them haul this strange man away from the pool area. It was very scary and in the morning a young staff member was left to scrub up the mans vomit off the walkway. The pool was very dirty filled with sand and was cleaned on the 4th day as we were preparing to leave.

Sara Thank you for your feedback. We understand our guest are here to vacation and enjoy our beautiful beach with all the entertaining options. We certainly want to exceed your expectations making your vacation a memorable event. I regret your experience. We do have protocol for availability from our property manager 24 -24. It appears they were there during the mid-morning to assist you. I regret the sand. We did have high winds during your stay resulting in sand in the pool area which is a rare occasion. This is an occasional problem with other vacation rental venues. I was personally involved and the maintenance was providing additional daily cleaning during these couple of days. Ou entrance doors are hurricane grade with electronic code entrance. The lock is double bolt lock and we also provide additional interior chain lock. This is the first occasion we have had a reported experience like this. Michael H, President Clearwater Beach Condominium Assn.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. We were not provided on site parking but instead the car park the next block over. That might not matter if you had a couple of overnight bags, but for a month’s holiday (in various places around USA) it was difficult as we had 4 suitcases & various other things. Not only that but everything had to be taken through the main gate, then pool gate, up a flight of stairs, another gate to get to the room. That is certainly not convenient. The kitchen, living area & bedroom were of a good size & recently renovated, but the bathroom was extremely small & dated. There was a lot of noise from the plumbing. The location had decent beach access but there was a lot of street noise as it was a busy corner. We enjoyed the pool.

Stayed Aug 23-28/17. Location was prime and that alone made our stay. As for the unit, I would rate it a 3.5. It could use a little TLC but it had the basic necessities for a family of 4 (2 boys aged 5 and 7). I misread and confused this unit with another as this did not have a washer/dryer and there is not one on the premises for use by guests. We always stay somewhere with a washer/dryer, so this was my own error. I also could have used more towels and they only change towels M/W/F (we were there a W to M and by Friday we hadn't needed a replacement of towels). Parking also was a bonus (most hotels charge a fee per day). They also had lots of beach toys and boggies boards that could be used by guests at the beach - we took advantage of that and saved us from buying at the store. Lots of bugs (including 3 roaches we had to kill). This didn't ruin the vacation but just wasn't pleasant killing them. Pest control couldn't be called on a weekend. The property manager was quick to advise me that. Overall, I would come back to this property in a heartbear, but to a different unit. I also didn't like being on the ground floor (my own paranoia since the gates were not locked). Pool was a bonus and my kids enjoyed it ( quick dip in the evening after a full day at the breach) which is literally steps away. We ate a Frenchies (also steps away) - but I didn't think it was anything extraordinary. If anything go to the restaurant right beside the Office for these units, it was so much better. We ate there 3 times and had take out. Lots of happy hour specials.

Booked a suite( careful!!) a few weeks before travelling to the States. We'd been to the beach before but didn't stay, and this time wanted to soak in the beach culture for a few days. Arrived midday or so on a Tuesday and were told we couldn't have our room, sorry suite, until 4pm check in, which is fine. Though while there we didn't see a cleaner, pool attendant, rep or anyone else after 11am!! Initially our " fully refurbished" suite seemed a bit of a let down, and there are details that are extremely poor. However, it grew on us, just like the beach, bit rough round the edges and no frills, but the pool area was spotless and extremely well appointed and the location is superb. Two minute stroll from the flour like white sands and surrounded by a varied choice of eateries and bars. The check in, real estate, staff were extremely friendly and helpful and in particular thanks to Brandon who took the time to come up to the unit and show us where we were going wrong with the TV, though a simple user guide would have saved his time. Think they could have indulged our request for an additional guest parking permit for half a day but did eventually get a free kerb side after the mother of all storms emptied the beach. We pushed it having friends to stay for the evening, the sofa bed is not the comfiest, but we all had a blast and the poor quality of some of the fixtures and fittings didn't hinder our stay of two nights The AC is noisy and the door entry temperamental, but again, it's on the beach and for a few nights it's great. A few bucks spent in detail will make a huge difference. Then we'd have no issue coming back for more.

Thank you for your response. I sincerely regret the check in issue you experienced. Our Management Company located just next door provides three full time housekeepers on premises to clean the twelve units, care for the common grounds and care for our guest. All units are individually owned and decorated to the owners taste. We do strive to keep each unit in top condition. The owners are always very receptive to make necessary repairs when necessary. I have sent your review our management company to inspect each unit to see if we can identify and remedy the "noisy A/C. You can review each of our units on our website prior to booking. Thanks Michael H
