Stayed for an aquarium/ beach weekend with kids. Hotel staff is exceptional. Every person you encountered from front desk, to maid, to breakfast staff were friendly. Room was spacious and had great mini kitchen. Salt water pool was nice. Easy drive and quiet area. We drove to beach and beachside it seemed there was no parking, crowded streets, very noisy. So glad we stayed here which was just a short drive away. Fully agree with another review that their breakfast is better than any other place we stayed. Someone reviewed there was no place to eat. Wrong. Publix with full deli and a Subway less than a mile away. Outback Steakhouse less than a ten minute drive. Plenty of options. We will be back. You can’t go wrong staying here.

The hotel was sparkling clean and well appointed in every necessary detail. We stayed there as opposed to staying at a hotel on the beach. The price was a good deal less and parking was free. Brandye took good care of us. She helped us out with places to eat (and save) and treated us like family. Luis helped us with directions and general questions. The beach was a five minute drive and parking was a lot less expensive at a meter ($7.00 for a couple of hours) than at a hotel. All in all, this was one of our best stays ever. Were there for a long 4 day weekend. The room had a small kitchenette, supplied with the basics. Bed was comfortable but the pillows definitely were not. Breakfast was really good. Had a good selection of good food. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Impressed with he key cards needed to operate the elevator.

This property is very nice.. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the evening lady I believe her name was Sandra (that might not be correct) BUT, There are no restaurants or bars within walking distance of the hotel, everything is a drive. The downtown Clearwater area is pretty much closed up, seems the Church of Scientology has taken everything over downtown. So if you want to eat or drink you have to go to Clearwater Beach.

Walked in to a clean lobby with a friendly face for check in. Our room was spacious worth a very comfortable bed. Brandye has been helpful with a huge smile - with every request or question. The rooms are in need of some updating and the downtown are is in the midst of a “revitalization” and there are plenty of delicious places to go grab a bite nearby.

I booked this hotel because it was so close to Pier 60 without having to pay for a beachfront hotel this time. Everything about the hotel was good. The location was great & easy to get around. The hotel room was clean and we loved the kitchen area. It was spacious like a mini apartment. The breakfast was actually good & tasty. Probably my top 5 for free breakfast at a hotel ever. We were able to bring it back to the room & eat at the kitchen table like home. The hotel staff was nice. Beds comfy. I didn’t want to leave but decided to try St. Pete hotels the next night…….Not even close. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

Horrible! Thought it would be a great place since recommended by family who live in the area and the reviews on different sites. However, we should have left the second we found whole pieces of bacon on the floor under the table upon our arrival the first day. Instead we picked it up and thought it’s a fluke. Temperature in room was not evenly regulated among the three rooms of the suite. Freezing cold in one, ok in another, and hot in the other. Maintenance came and said temp was fine in all three. More nights of horrible sleep. Called front desk to ask if we could have a fan at 10:30pm and told, “We don’t have any, but you can go to the Walgreens down the street and they might have one. Oh wait no they’re closed.” Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Offered to send maintenance up but who wants someone in the room at 10:30pm at night. One night we came in at 9pm and gentleman was cleaning the main floor with a mop. We walked on the floor as did others leaving foot prints and the looks he gave to the receptionist were obnoxious. The staff in the breakfast area were always friendly. We will not stay here again when we visit family in the area. We dreaded returning each night since the room was uncomfortable.…

Stayed to scope out new Coachman Park in anticipation of a later stay for a show at the Capitol Theater. Came highly recommended by friends who stay often. Randall assisted with early check-in and directions. Professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. Perfect location to walk to the Theater, Coachman, and The Sound. Even took the ferry to Clearwater Beach. All without moving my car. Large, clean king suite. Kitchenette, fully stocked, and best water pressure for a shower I have come across. Free Wifi, parking, FULL breakfast, and customer service second to none from EVERY employee we came across. Didn’t use it this time, but the trolley runs close and takes you anywhere you want to be. Perfect first time visit.

Stayed at Resident Inn downtown Clearwater from 6/7-6/11/23. This was a quick getaway for me. Planned to eat, relax, and fish. Great location. Easy to get to marina. Great staff. Very accommodating. Needed earlier check in and later check out. Accommodated with no problem. Friendly atmosphere. Will definitely book this location again
