What a pleasure to have such a quiet hotel. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable. Especially like the fact the thin blanket/comforter was surrounded by 2 flat sheets. Could easily cover up with the 2 sheets leaving the blanket nearby just in case i was chilled. Ice machine on 1st floor worked well so i could fill my lunch cooler. Breakfast offerings were substantial: drinks + multiple choices of fruit along with oatmeal, grits, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles (choice of blueberry or original…never seen that offered anywhere), biscuits & gravy, hard boiled eggs, yogurt etc!!! This is an older hotel with an outdoor pool & gym which fit our needs for 1 night. DEFINITELY will return when passing through again.

Looks like this place is going through a slow remodel. We parked next to an old water heater in the parking lot. Lots of patched holes in the walls all over the place and oddly placed pictures hanging on the wall. The elevator was extremely slow and noisy. Our room had both a dehumidifier and multiple air fresheners that did not quite cover up the damp smell. Due to the multiple shady characters lurking around in the area, we brought everything up to our room from our car. The luggage carts were all stained as if they had been used to take out leaking trash bags. Breakfast in the morning was ok but we were glad we only had to stay here for one night.

Decent clean property. We felt safe and had the suite for our family. It was just the right size for one night. The linens were comfortable and we loved the hot water. Very cozy! Downside was no shampoo was available the night we arrived. The breakfast in the morning was enjoyable and the staff was super nice and helpful. I think they are short staffed like so many places these days, but even so, they were very good.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a day. Very good customer service and very clean and sanitary room. The best part we think is we could get free delivery from Charley's pizza located at 1411 Jackson Ave, chipley Florida.

Stayed for one night on my way back from out of state, I had just stayed 3 nights at a Comfort Inn in Texas which was wonderful and clean. This hotel is trashed, inside and out. The exterior grounds are not maintained there is trash, coffee cups, beer cans, general litter all over. The plastic shield in front of the front desk has dozens of bugs dead in the tracks, the entrance is filthy and looks like it's not been mopped in weeks. There is food trash around the sitting area, even the elevator is dirty with splashed mystery liquid on the walls. My room smelled DIRTY! Like a locker room, it is unkept, the walls, doors and floor have smears all over, the top white bedspread has what looks like a large urine stain when I untucked it from the bed, there are hairs in the bathroom sink and shower. The bathroom floor and entry floor looks like there wasn't even an attempt to mop it. There is literally BLACK sludge under the rim in the toilet and on the base of the toilet at the floor. This hotel is in total disrepair everything needs attention, even the towel rack in the bathroom, everything. I usually don't leave reviews but the smell is so bad others need to be warned. I seriously would not even take my shoes off in there. Very disappointing after such a nice experience in Texas. I will not choose Comfort Inn again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites for a variety of reasons. First off the hotel itself was clean and the rooms well appointed. Secondly, the room rate was decent. Third, the breakfast in the morning was very good and it was a full accompaniment of food items. Fourth, the front desk staff on all shifts was incredibly helpful, polite and courteous.... I do believe they went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had everything that we needed and were being taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

I checked in, no mention of having platinum status. The hotel is a bit run down and needs some TLC. It appears the owners are using the money earned on other things and not the hotel.
The bed was okay. The baseboard in the room has not been maintained, and cracking, flaking, or looking in need of repair. I found the outlet near the television and probably a fire hazard with the outlet expansion outlet that should not be used in a hotel room.
One light had a missing bulb, a young child or person reaching in to turn off the light could get zapped! My ironing board was a disgusting, filthy mess, and I would not use it, fearing it would stain my clothes. It would be obvious to any housekeeper or supervisor it should be replaced, so obviously the hotel owners do not care.

We had come for granddaughter's wedding and having stayed there a few years earlier, thought we'd be fine staying again. It was awful from day one! Front desk was unmanned most of the time, employee usually found outside smoking or on the phone. A big bucket was placed right in the middle of the sitting area in the lobby, catching water from somewhere and very unsightly. On turning on the hairdryer, a large roach flew out of it! No housekeeping staff was ever seen and our room was not clean, carpet sticky and bugs noted. The lobby men's room had a stopped up toilet as well!

Well, if you are traveling and just need a place to sleep and then hit the road again this will work good enough. Easy off the interstate and on again. It was quiet. The lamp in the room did not work and was actually wrapped with tape at the plug in that looked like a fire hazard to me. The shower has a weird mechanism to make it shift from bath to shower that I have never seen before and did not work for me so I gave up and washed up at the sink. The lady at the front desk was nice. So what one can expect for a 2 star hotel off the interstate is pretty much what it is I figure.

I should have know that the experience was going to be bad from the get go. Called to make reservation for the following weekend for a family reunion. Notice the next day that a hold for the amount was on my account. Called and was told they had made my reservation got that day. Got that fixed. Asked for Queen rooms and upon check in we got doubles. Noticed a beeping and it was the smoke detector. It had no battery in it and had been unplugged from the wall. was still beeping. Called front desk to let them know and was told not sure they could get it fixed that night. A knock on the door and it was front desk worker with a 9v battery. She handed it to my husband to fix it. It just kept getting better. There was so many other things that I just gave up. Morning worker was very friendly and helpful. Evening young girl couldn't peel herself away from her boyfriend outside as they smoked. Not a good look. Super disappointed as we were looking to stay at a place closer to family. We will be going back to the place at the next exit up.
