We visited Cedar Key approximately 10 days after Hurricane Hermine had hit the town, our original accommodation had been just about wiped out by the storm so this was booked at the last minute as an alternative. The property is in need of some serious investment and a total refurbishment. I would not have minded so much if the room...

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE OWNERSHIP!!!!! I chose to leave this motel after the innkeeper and owner had an altercation involving the police. .... when I asked for a refund of the $440.00 I had paid for the week (which I had a receipt for), the owner refused to refund my money!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.... THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! !!!!!! Now...

The rooms smell like an old ash tray and moldy They look like the 60's with the tv at least 20 years old, not a flat screen. I would not even take a shower or want to use the toilet. The beds were a disgrace and I wanted to throw up with the disgusting carpet. Do not rent these rooms....

The rooms are way outdated with poor bedding and that "old hotel room" smell. The owners are nice and it's in a very convenient location to the water, park, restaurants and shops. I didn't get any sleep on those beds, but I suppose you can expect much with such an affordable price and for a place that accepts pets (even...

This would be a great hotel! It is a budget priced resort hotel in central Cedar Key. Problem is, the Innkeeper sits in the front of the hotel, smokes all day long in front of guests rooms, wants to know what the guests are doing in their personal lives, and drinks budweisers all day and all night sitting, smoking, and...

The staff was really friendly and courteous. You can tell they are putting effort into making changes needed, however more attention to detail on housekeeping would be nice. The beds were awful you could feel every spring in the mattress and everything was sticky making it feel as if you were camping. They do have cable but it was extremely...

Stayed one night while driving through Cedar Key. Motel is older, but is located right along the harbor and easy access to restaurants near by. (Cedar Key is very small, so nothing is all that far away.) Décor is dated and the beds could use replacing, but it was still very comfortable and had a real "old Florida" flavor. There...

This little motel is a bit older - okay, a lot older. But, it is in a very good location and Lynn is very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a basic place to lay your head and enjoy Cedar Key, then this place will work for you. It is older but clean and has ample parking. One...
