Planned a sunrise-sunset trip of Florida starting in St. Augustine and ending in Cedar Key. Unfortunately the sky was overcast and obscured the sunset but Low key hideaway was a great retreat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and had a small kitchenette. The view from the back patio was beautiful looking over... More

We stayed just one night on our way south Funny little back in,sandy uneven site, but just far enough off the main road to not have travel trailer shake when a vehicle past. Although with the a/c running we wernt kep awake by tragic Beautiful location on the water, and cute little deck to sit on and have a drink... More

Great little bar. Typical beach drinks and lots of beer. Most drinks under $8. Signature beach cocktail $10. Watch the tide roll in and out twice a day. Sunset is amazing but we had to leave before it was time. Sunset is about 8:30 in July. No kids allowed on property! Quiet and fun spot for the grown ups.

Came down to get away for a few days, and this place didnt disappoint. The owners are great, rooms are large and comfortable. The tiki bar is perfect for drinks and meeting new friends. Very ecletic design and fun things to find on property. The sunsets are breath taking. We will be back soon.

This place is the reason we came to Cedar Key and it did not disappoint. Super cute, eclectic and quaint tiki bar with fantastic service and great drinks. Sam, the bartender, was great and answered all our questions about Cedar Key. The locals at the bar were great too, and we had a lot of laughs as well as a... More

Visited a few weekends ago. The most personable bartender in Cedar Key. Have passed by for years, ended up going to the tiki bar and had a great time! Will definitely go back- cold beer, great rum drink, and great company. Very friendly atmosphere.

We wanted a weekend getaway and this place was perfect! The rooms are nice as stated in other post, we were in room 3- which has a great view from the back porch. While we were there, they had live music for the weekend- which gave us prime seating! Mo and Frank, the owners, are great, very friendly- and busy... More

Very cool and interesting stop. We went here a few times on a recent visit to the area. There is an small RV park and small hotel on either side of the tiki bar. Parking is sparse, but you can park on the other side of the main road (24) and cross the street. The owners are nice. The regular... More

The drive up is a little surprising....but great room is about to appear. The suites are very large and comfortable.....kitchen facilities are included. Out back is the Tiki bar....fun place in the evening. Off the pier are great sunset views and an Osprey nest on the mast of a sunken sailboat. Owner is great and helpful.

We went to the bar one afternoon for a few drinks. We really had a great time. The people who run the place are very nice and friendly. The view is fantastic. Such a fun and funky place. I've not stayed at the hotel, but it looks like a perfect place to get away. I can't wait to go back.
