We stayed (my wife and our 3 months old baby) in on if the cottages. The place is well maintained and seems to be clean. However the cottage that we stayed have bed bug. We informed the management and they offered us another cottage and fresh linens. We decided to stay and try to sleep in the downstairs's bedroom. Bad... More

Dear Yuri d: Thank you for alerting us to the bug problem in the cottage. We wish you would’ve taken us up on the opportunity to change cottages, since the problem was ants and not bed bugs as suggested. We had a bed bug expert inspect the cottage and it was determined to be ants coming in through the wall... More

We found this campground on internet and it was everything they said. People were friendly, very large sites, walking distance to beach and short drive to historic town and lots to do or not do if you like. Very relaxing and peaceful. Will definately return if we can get a site - they always seem to be busy.

We love this place!!!! Very well maintained park with nice amenities that include a pool, activity room, laundry room, and dog park. Just across the street is the beach and your pet is allowed. If you're looking to just kick back and relax without the hassle of crowds and a lot of noise then you'll want to stay here. Internet... More

We stayed here for four nights last week in our travel trailer. The beach is across the highway and is quiet and peaceful. No shells to speak of, but during our sunset walks with our dogs saw dolphins swimming close to shore. The clean beach has picnic pavillions with electricity and restrooms. It has brackish water which is clean but... More

We stayed at the Carabelle Beach RV Resort for three nights this past week. This is our maiden voyage with our new (used) 5th Wheel Trailer as we make our way back to Illinois after purchasing the trailer in Ocala, FL. The resort was a great place to stay with nice full hookup pull-thru sites. It was very clean and... More

Looked at all the surrounding parks and decided on this one. We lucked out. It was the best of all. Recommend this park highly. Perfect weather, grilled everyday, dogs walked on the beach with us. All in all a great time and one we will come back to.

Well maintained location with easy access and paved spots. Beautiful location along Florida's coast. Easy beach access although you must cross the road in order to get to the beach. The water isn't swimmable, at least not by my standards. It's not clear gulf coast water as it's protected water - so slightly brown. Very pretty area, relaxing, calm beautiful... More

We had never visited the Forgotten Coast before. I'm glad we kind of knew what to expect before going. The Forgotten Coast is not the place to go if you want crowded beaches and fancy shops and restaurants! This part of Florida is filled with quiet quaint little towns! We picked this campground because they had reasonably priced little cottages... More

The park is beautifully kept, clean restrooms, nice laundry area, and the park is right across from the beach! Nice wide pads to park your rv. Jen and Erika in the office were so helpful and pleasant. The only negative I could say is that the pool is unheated! Brrrr...but the kids went in anyway.
