They will up charge you for anything and everything.. The owners are the rudest and racist people you will encounter!! If you have an issue all they will do is down grade you and then evict you without a refund and says it’s your fault.. No power... you did it... no water... you did it... no water pressure.. you did it... Everything is your fault and if it’s a holiday weekend be sure you get charged more because of it. no visitors allowed or you have to pay for it... even though they don’t tell you they charge for daily visitors, pets and vehicles... ohhh, don’t forget they you also have to pay a fee because they decide on long weekends to have a band.. DONT STAY HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

The cabins have a nice view great pool. But the mattress is only a pad, terrible. A/C works and you freeze or doesn't work, water pressure bad. Such a shame no one is taking care of it. Could be a very nice place.

Arrived for a 4 day stay...we left after three. On the property is the bikers lounge. A haven for power drinkers and brawlers of all types. Our site was probably 225 feet from the stage area in the opposite direction. We were warned of the demeanor of these motorheads and the music cut thru the night air with the subtlety of a sledgehammer. The fire ants and other unknowable's were in ample supply. The picnic tables were all but a pile of scrap wood sitting on decimated concrete pads. The campground forbids using the tables for your small grill....just as well as a stiff fart would knock these tables down. The dumpster was overflowing with ripped open bags of garbage all over the ground. We hired a ride service to pick us up to do some daytime activities and they actually had the nerve to try and charge the Uber driver $10.00 to pick us up at our site. The driver told them that they were staying only long enough to pick up their client. Their response "We don't give a crap..either pay us ten bucks or you call and tell them to walk here to the office". How this facility slips thru the inspection process is interesting. I suspect someone in management is throwing a bone to the town office. My advice for others who might want to camp here?...A resounding "NO!"
