Really nice hotel far exceeded our expectations. Staff so welcoming. Room was clean and great with lovely balcony and view of pool and lake. Bathroom was huge with a bath which was welcomed. The hotel is really laid out well and has a tropical feel which we liked. We really felt we had a good value nights stay here and would thoroughly recommend.
This hotel is amazing! It is very clean and beautiful. The room is big and comfortable. Love the bathroom. It has a tub and also a walk in shower. Comfortable bed. All staffs are very friendly and courteous. It is located in a very convenient area less than 10 minutes from the beach. The lobby is very pretty with plenty of sitting. The parking lot is well lit with enough spots. We had an amazing time.
Arriving at this hotel, there is a very grand and luxurious feel to the hotel from the outside. There is ample parking right by the reception area. Walking into the hotel, through the grand entrance doors into the lobby is impressive. Check in was friendly and easy and we proceeded to our ground floor Two Queen room. The room was very large, with a desk, fridge, wardrobe and a very large, recently renovated, modern and impressive marble bathroom. This was one of our favourite rooms of our 2 week road trip. The only downside was that the Two Queen beds were certainly on the smaller side, meaning they were too small for 2 people to share – so we ended up having to sleep in separate beds. We did ask the Front Desk but were told there were no Kings available (which was odd as Expedia was showing some available to book for that day?). The hotel has an onsite Steakhouse which we didn’t try, a bar which seemed to always be closed and an outdoor poolside bar and restaurant which looked very nice, but again sadly we did not get chance to try. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and the pool area over looks a stunning lake. For the size of the hotel grounds, the pool is relatively small, but there is a good sized jacuzzi which we spent a lot of time in. Sadly the hotel still employs a rather outdated system, where you must visit the front desk to sign out and sign back in pool towels, this is pretty crazy and often causes a delay and frustration when simply wanting to go the pool – please change this! Overall, this is a very grand and impressive hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and HIGHLY recommend, we thought this hotel was incredible value for money.…
We stayed four nights during the holiday weekend. Both restaurants were nice. The room cleaning is upon request and towels, coffee, wash rags available from the cleaning staff in the hallways. The pool was nice. The rabbits out front were a treat as was the Saturday farmers market in the parking lot next door. This as the last weekend for the season. The decor is nice and bed firm. The cost was not a bad deal but cleaning service should have been brought to the room every day with a verbal request.
After Easter the rates go way down and I stayed there with a girlfriend. The room is very spacious and luxurious. I especially liked the walk in shower. Check in was a breeze and the staff was attentive to our needs. We also went into the bar and had a few drinks and the bartenders were pleasant and efficient. We've eaten at their cafe before but next time want to stay when we can try their steak house (it is closed on Sunday and Monday) I recommend this place if you want to relax and unwind.
Called for rez. Needed 1 night until our condo was ready. Asked for Florida resident rate. Quoted me the 10% discount rate. Started booking, was put on hold. Lady came back on & said no discount after all. I asked about AAA rate. She stammered & said no discount at all this weekend. It was if someone was standing by her saying “no”. We’ve stayed at the Old Naples location numerous times over the last 20+ yrs & recommended it to others often. Thought we’d give Bonita location try but that’s over now!
What’s not to like about Bonita Springs Trianon? Huge room, HUGE bathroom with a rain shower head and separate bathtub and a huge counter surrounded by mirrors! Great pool area. Very Clean. Attentive staff. Two restaurants on the property. Plenty of parking. It’s definitely my go to when visiting this area.
My cousin and I went to our room, we had a great view, and very satisfied with the room. We also felt like family while staying at the hotel. The bartender Chris makes an amazing coconut martini and help us during a few instances we endured. Every time we would go into the bar, Chris knew our name and drink. That is a great employee. Also during my stay I met and talked with Jeff, I think he is the manager, very nice man and always so helpful in making sure I made some good decisions at nighttime, lol. I would go back to Trianon again as I loved the atmosphere, the guests and the employees and the great rate, thanks cuoffers.
a wonderful hotel in every way, staff were lovely, rooms are amazing with wonderful bathrooms, the pool is quiet and has plenty of beds/chairs, the pool bar is wonderful and served excellent food. Would stay here again in a shot.
The hotel needs renovation. Worn carpeting, very dated furniture and drapes, poor Wi-Fi and cable reception. Bathrooms are fresher but not by much. No complimentary breakfast. Housekeeping only upon request. That pretty much sums it up.
