You rent through Royal Shell Realty for most of the units at Bonita Bath n Tennis. I'm also very familiar with old naples since I've lived close by for many years. It just depends on the type of vacation you are looking for. Old Naples is in a more upscale area. It's definitely very nice. Tianon is within easy walking distance to beautiful Naples beaches, and the whole downtown experience. Bonita is more Just beach and tennis and close to a couple restaurants but can be noisy due to traffic. The plus for bonita is the beach view from the balcony. Enjoy your vacation!!
