We planned a girls weekend in Boca and what better place than the Renaissance Hotel in Boca Raton. Perfect location to all attractions that is girls planned on visiting! Service was amazing, super clean and all staff were attentive! Even the General Manager, Brent Richardson, reached out to us, to ensure our stay was as amazing and fun for us girls!
We decided to do a weekend staycation and we are so glad we choose this hotel! Even with Covid still ongoing we felt extremely safe here. We constantly saw employees wiping items. There were plenty of things to do/eat within walking distance. You will not be disappointed! 😀🌴
Stayed this past weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. From the moment we arrived until we departed, everyone we came into contact with was friendly and welcoming. Also loved the large clean room. It was nice to relax by the pool and enjoy drink from the bar. We also liked how close we were to Boca Town Center. We will definitely return.
OMG!!! what a amazing time I had, this place was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was on point they where extremely polite,attentive and helpful. They say cleanliness is next to godliness well this must be heaven, it was clean everyone was practice social distancing washing hands and wearing a mask. We are coming back soon! thank you to the staff and the manager for working with us it was great.
We arrived at the hotel, the outside of the hotel looks horrible and old, I assume they fired the people in charge of cleaning and maintaining the gardens. After registering, the person in charge of the lobby offered a bottle of water (weird). Walking to the room wasn't a good experience, dirty and smell of humility around the rooms, also a dirty paint car (I assume they were painting some rooms but can have more careful about the image with the guests). When I opened the door of the room a super bad smell came out, something hard to explain, it was a smell like some animal die inside, incredible and horrible! The coversheets and pillows white (really yellow with stains, not cleaned at all). The bathroom dirty too. After this experience, we immediately left the room and went to the front desk, we told them what happened and indicated we are not staying. And surprise! I was expecting somebody offering apologies, or maybe another room at least, but their response was only: ”contact Expedia and can return the all money” (only thing good) but weird! I assume that they know the bad quality of the hotel and I wasn't the first one. This is absolutely not a four stars hotel. It is maximum of 2 stars, no more. …
