Jonathan in maintenance helped us to make the room comfortable and accessible. He is very concerned to see guests feel safe and comfortable. He is busy but friendly and welcoming Everyone is great. The front of house Paige makes the visit feel so amazing and her team is super caring. The breakfast team housekeepers and bar keepers all make each visit like being at home. This is a lovely place for business couples families and they take amazing care of those with disabilities spectrum disorders and the elderly. We frequent this location and it’s a special place for us

Hotel's Favorite
We would definitely stay here again. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. It has easy access to the Florida turnpike. It was clean, had free breakfast, and a evening happy hour. The hotel looked stunning from the pool and hot tub in the evening. The room we were in had a sofa, a small kitchenette ,and a balcony which was a nice feature.

Dissatisfied with this stay at Hilton for many reasons. First… Misleading room accommodations, arrogant front desk manger ( Robert Fernandez) my accommodations was for a pure allergy non smoking room which was told to me that the rooms were sporadically throughout the hotel, when I checked in I was told they were only on the 6th floor , to make it worse I cannot take elevators, due to health issues. Also no swimming due to green algae in the pool.

"Deardottoeduright711", thank you for your post and comments, they are very helpful to us. Yes indeed, our PURE rooms are all on the 6th floor. We are sorry you couldn't avail yourself to the rooms via elevator. To address the pool , we were able to address that immediately, our apologies. As an update for you, in the near future our property will be embarking on a renovation to address all areas of the hotel. It will look spectacular! Please give us another chance to earn your trust, as we appreciate your patronage and feedback,

The hotel needs a total renovation. It’s not worthy of the Hilton name. The staff is very nice. The room had rust, mold, hacked up toilet seat, peeling ceiling in the hallways. Management is aware of the problem but they don’t make the decision when the renovations will be done. The hotel has the potential to be a beautiful property. Until then it should be downgraded to a one star and charge accordingly. They charged $170 when it should be $50. So buyer beware

This hotel is outdated and poorly run. Housekeeping is by request which they forgot, and none of the vending machines work. Gift shop closed early and breakfast isn’t great. We will not be coming her again.

The staff never heard the phrase customer service. They are unprofessional, rude and at times arrogant. The room smelled like mildew, had chipped paint and we’re dirty. The bathroom in particular was filthy with caked on dirt. A disgrace especially to Hilton Honors guests.

This place is pretty dumpy, which is sad because it could be really cute if anyone cared about it. But the very worst part of the stay was the dog barking at all hours of the day and night in the room next door. And even worse most of the staff treated us like we were a nuisance for asking what could be done. We are dog owners and we're always appreciative when we can bring our dog with us but never in our wildest dreams would we expect to be able to just abandon it there for HOURS AND HOURS while it barked incessantly, once until almost 2am. The front desk person actually said "we are a pet-friendly hotel" so there was no recourse for us (and apparently the multiple other guests who were complaining about the same dog) Pet friendly hotels usually have a policy that the dog can't disturb other guests and that it can not be left in the room unattended. I looked at their policy and they do not have any of those stipulations. So basically this hotel is really just dog boarding. I'd really steer clear of this place because it definitely isn't nice enough to have to put up with days worth of dog barking, no rules for pet owners and staff that will not do the bare minimum to try to remedy the situation

Great place to stay. Clean quiet. Free bar from 530 to 730pm. Nice pool n hot tub. If you can get in it. I love rooms like their's. My husband sleeps and I don't. He couldn't hear the TV. Over all it was a great stay.

Although the staff was very friendly this facility is in need of serious maintenance and updating. It is very dated and has some pretty obvious maintenance issues. Chipping paint, chipping plaster, mold, gross old faded out fake plants. For the price they charge this is NOT up to Hilton standards.
