Nestled conveniently close to the town center, Hilton Boca Raton Suites is set on charming hotel grounds, attracting travelers with its location. Guests commend the friendly staff, particularly during complimentary breakfast and happy hour, though some have encountered room preparation and key card issues. The hotel's cleanliness receives nods of approval; however, visitors often note the suites' outdated nature and suggest a revamp, especially due to the high rates charged. While appreciated for their efforts, the hotel's amenities and atmosphere are similarly considered in need of an update.

The service at this Hilton was excellent. The staff was able to fulfill all of my special requests and were sensitive to my needs. Amanda at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.
While the rooms are a little outdated, they were clean and the beds were comfortable. An excellent breakfast was included, with options that included traditional buffet items as well as made to order items.
It was conveniently located to US1 and close to many options for dining, including a terrific bagel/deli called Bagelworks, and a great pizzeria/ Italian restaurant called Dominics.

Stayed at the Hilton Boca Raton for 5 nights recently. The property is quite nice in the public areas, but our room was somewhat dated and a bit worn & tired looking. Though comfortable enough, at the price point of this hotel, I would expect a bit more that what we got.

The design of the suites remind me of the typical Embassy Suites design, with the living room area towards the center of the building, and the balcony off the bedroom, on the outside of the building. This isn't and never has been an appealing design for our purposes. Sitting in a dark living room with the only natural light being from the interior corridors is not great.

The hotel does offer a great breakfast buffet daily. The quality and service was excellent on all 5 days that we were there. Matches pretty well any hotel breakfast that we have had in the past.

This property would rate much higher with a facelift to the rooms and suites, matching the caliber of the rest of the property.

The hotel location is central for visiting many nice areas in Boca Raton. Our registration process was efficient but not friendly. The paint on our room door was peeling in many places. The furniture in the room was comfortable but well worn and not very clean.

The make-to-order breakfast used to be a highlight at this hotel. For our recent visit, scrambled eggs from a carton was the only option. It was served on a disposable take-out tray with plasticware. The juice machine was not working.

Wow, does this place need some attention.

If your not it Boca for the Beach scene this just may be the hotel for you. Clean and quiet, just what you would expect from Hilton. This one is just a little different the do not have a restaurant per se. But what they do is just great. They have a free cocktail bar form 5:30 - 7:30 PM, and it is just not draft beer. Some fine wines and very decent liquor. To top it off the barkeep is phenomenal. In addition they also provide hot breakfast with eggs, omeletts and pancakes to order, cost is zero. What a great property.

We have been staying at this property for nearly 20 years, when it was still a Raddison Suites. Each new stay only brings more misgivings to the the point where I am cancelling next month's scheduled stay.

A few years ago, I arrived at the hotel only to find out they had no record of my reservations. They moved me to their sister property because of overbooking, without informing the front desk

Two month ago, I checked in with the digital key option and was told I could go directly to the room. The digital key didn't work and I went to the front desk where I was told they were having problems with it. I asked how come a sign wasn't posted informing people so they wouldn't have to go to the room and then back to the front desk. All I got was a shrug

Now for this stay, upon check in , we were told and the little key folder said, room 276. We went to the second floor and there is no room 276. The guy at the front desk said he made a mistake and gave us a room on the 7th floor where dyslexia could not have explained that one. We found out the next morning they were doing renovations on the roof which we clearly heard since we were on the top floor.

There are soda machines on each floor. Not one took dollar Bill's because that function was broken on each machine The hot tub wasn't working properly and my personal favorite, there is nothing in the rooms which you can use to connect your device via USB to recharge. Even lower end hotels have those. I mentioned that to a woman at the front desk and she said it was in the plans. I told her I have been told " that is in the plans" for five years.

If you are a fan of Chef Louis as we are, he is still there but no more pancakes or waffles cooked to order. I wouldn't be surprised if that new policy is maintained

Lastly, if it's been years since you were in one of the rooms, no worries, nothing has changed. They are way behind when it comes to renovations

We usually had a great rate that allowed us to overlook shortcomings but now hotels are charging more. I'm ok with that but if you are charging more, you better step up your game.

My parents have a home at Boca West but there’s not enough space for our extended family to stay there. So during holiday weeks we stay at this hotel and then spend our days doing activities at Boca West or we head to the beach. Its located directly on Glades Road and includes a very nice breakfast buffet and free happy hour daily. Prices are very reasonable although the suites are not spacious and a bit dated - but the good value makes the whole situation totally fine. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially the chefs and waitstaff who work hard to please- and they’re very kid friendly). If you’re bringing an infant they offer only a pack & play so you may want to rent a crib (and they can assist with this - but if it’s a vacation week you need to book the crib in advance). This is a great option for families and don’t forget to order the Mickey Mouse pancakes at breakfast!

We had stayed here many years ago (before it was a Hilton, even) and I was a little apprehensive about how it was today. We were also moving, so this was a fairly stressful time for us. We stayed in a lake view suite on the 2nd floor. I think we were on the 2nd floor because we brought a dog. Both rooms were extremely comfortable. Our adult son came with us and stayed on the pull out couch. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, our suite was very quiet— our dog didn’t even bark. The shower was great. Breakfast consisted of the usual plus an omelet making station! However the best part was sitting on our balcony in the evening listening to the water and feeling the breeze. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only one thing to note: the thermostat is in the room you first enter and if you close the door between the two rooms, the bedroom can get very warm during the day.

This is an old Hilton that has not been upgraded. The rooms are musty and the TV does not work effectively (I called several times and I was told that they are replacing them in some rooms). The cabinets are chipped and the couch and chair in the living room area have no springs. At times it felt that we were sitting on the floor. There is no anti-slip mat in the shower although it does have a grab bar. You have to ask several times if you want additional towels or toiletries. There are no services such as valet parking or porter service. The one amenity is that the breakfast buffet is done nicely. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what is going on in the next room. The entry door is very thin and you can hear every noise in the hall. It would definitely not meet code in many cities. If Mr. Hilton was alive I think that he would be ashamed to see his name on this hotel.

Jonathan in maintenance helped us to make the room comfortable and accessible. He is very concerned to see guests feel safe and comfortable. He is busy but friendly and welcoming
Everyone is great. The front of house Paige makes the visit feel so amazing and her team is super caring. The breakfast team housekeepers and bar keepers all make each visit like being at home. This is a lovely place for business couples families and they take amazing care of those with disabilities spectrum disorders and the elderly.
We frequent this location and it’s a special place for us

There wasn't a shuttle to beaches from the hotel, when we stayed there. It's not that close to the beach; it's like 20 minutes away inland. I'm not a diamond member, so I can't answer the second part of the question, although I know that most of their services are not being run and the breakfast buffet is reduced.

Hi Janet! Thanks for your inquiry, and thanks to all our past guests who chimed in! Our guests LOVE us for our location (close to all parts of Boca Raton), our spacious rooms, our friendly staff, and the great VALUE that we provide - daily full cooked-to-order breakfast and evening cocktail hour, high speed wifi and parking are all INCLUDED in the costs of each of our 2 room suites. The renovation mentioned in this thread pertained to our ventilation system, and that work is completed. We hope this information makes it an easy decision, and that we see you soon!
