From the hotel staff to the room, pool, and beach club everything about this stay was above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend staying at the boca raton for a Florida getaway. Everything you could need accessible on property!
I admit I was worried about the change of ownership of this property. It could have been disastrous. When we visited last time we had a most remarkable stay. The renovations and updates wind on but this grand property is poised for a bold new era. Everything here has been great. The staff particularly are on a mission of excellence. We tend to dodge the in-house restaurants in favor of what we can find in the community. However, Marisol is, in a word, excellent. We keep going back and every visit has been fantastic. The renovations continue to unfold but we have nothing but good to say at this point. Some suggestions? Get more info out online about the new era on its way. See if online review sites can give the property a new start with its own brand new review section. This is a relaunch and the property deserves its own place for reviews. (Also, I suppose it is good to use up the old Waldorf supplies that came with the property but that era is done. Time for the new brand. AND how about some new resort “merch”? ) Finally, what you hope to symbolize to your guests is perhaps your biggest challenge. It is certainly as important as any upgrade, renovation, or new addition. Hint: Look no further than the great service your staff is already providing.…
We stayed at the Beach Club at Boca Raton for a quick weekend getaway and would definitely recommend it! The resort is beautiful and service was friendly, helpful, and prompt. We were pleasantly surprised that when a crib was put in our room, they also provided us full amenity kit for our baby. Spending the day at the pool was easy with the food options right there and we were able to request shaded chairs. A great place for family getaway.
Great place, great rooms and scenery. The hotel has been really nicely refurbished. Unfortunately the food quality and staff professionalism needs to improve a lot. The garden had an upgrade too and is now much nicer.
Had a great time at Boca Raton. The staff is very helpful with whatever you need. I recommend the Flamingo grill if you are looking for a steak and the truffle fries at Palm court. Just wish I had more time to spend in the pool.
Other than the fact that the resort is more expensive then previously, the quality you get is second to none, so while not cheap (the add ons to the room rate are high), there was no disappointment in the feeling of luxury and exclusiveness.
Amazing visit. Had a great stay. Lovely room and facilities. Great layout - all amenities available. Caring service and personal care. Big rooms for conference and comfortable seating. Great views. Had a great time. Highly recommended.
From the moment we arrived, I felt like we were on an island we traveled to all day but in reality, it was only a couple of hours. Our 5 year old son LOVED all of the kiddo activities, and my husband and I did LOVED the adult and family activities as well.
We have been going to this resort for over 30 years and amidst all the changes and price increases it is still worth every cent. Rooms in the YACHT club and service are beyond expectations. Carmen in FLYBRIDGE is reason enough to visit BOCA. Jesse at Principesa also goes over and beyond to be certain every dish and drink is an experience and not just a meal. We will be back soon!!
Great stay overall. Remodelled Toer rooms were nice. Business trip so no time to use the beach or pool. Very pricey overall but then what isn't. Check out the bocce court after Sushi at the Japanese restaurant.
