I have stayed at this resort numerous times in the past, both business and leisure and loved the charm of the resort. The new ownership did a fantastic job with renovation of the property, albeit the tower is still under renovation. The one thing I have noticed is their prices are excessively higher than before and the quality in service are not aligned. There is much improvement needed to retain the Waldorf Astoria service level or maybe my expectations exceeds the new Era customer service goals.
I admit I was worried about the change of ownership of this property. It could have been disastrous. When we visited last time we had a most remarkable stay. The renovations and updates wind on but this grand property is poised for a bold new era. Everything here has been great. The staff particularly are on a mission of excellence. We tend to dodge the in-house restaurants in favor of what we can find in the community. However, Marisol is, in a word, excellent. We keep going back and every visit has been fantastic. The renovations continue to unfold but we have nothing but good to say at this point. Some suggestions? Get more info out online about the new era on its way. See if online review sites can give the property a new start with its own brand new review section. This is a relaunch and the property deserves its own place for reviews. (Also, I suppose it is good to use up the old Waldorf supplies that came with the property but that era is done. Time for the new brand. AND how about some new resort “merch”? ) Finally, what you hope to symbolize to your guests is perhaps your biggest challenge. It is certainly as important as any upgrade, renovation, or new addition. Hint: Look no further than the great service your staff is already providing.…
Great amenities, amazing staff. The food at the beachside poolside restaurants was very expensive. there needs to be more casual options for lunch and snacksThe flamingo restaurant was lovely. I loved the car options!
Staff was excellent, helpful, and kind. Being a valet only property and charging a large amount for valet use is kind of silly. Location excellent. Amenities excellent on the ones we used. Overall enjoyed the stay.
This was my first stay at the Boca [Beach Club]. I was here for a conference, so didn't get to experience as much as I would have liked, but everything was awesome! I would not mind coming back here at some point to share it with my husband.
The property is beautiful and rich with history, but still feels outdated in some areas. Our room was small and average looking for the cost per night. The food overall isn’t great, just okay. We loved the palm court to lounge in and have mocktails before dinner. The staff are very friendly and the pools and beach are the main reasons we enjoyed the trip.
The facility was beautiful and the customer service is top notch. The stay was exquisite My stay was business and family so the experience for both was great. The conference facility was beautiful and exceeded expectations.
The Resort is wonderful and the service is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The décor is beautiful. The only down side is the quality and cost of food on the resort.
Excellent hotel with excellent location ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and housekeeping staff. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Boca Raton staff for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
This was an INCREDIBLE destination. From the moment you approach the property it becomes apparently how stunningly beautiful this space is. The grounds, the suite, the spa, I could go on and on. Suffice to say, I've experienced 5-star hotels around the world, this bar none, is one of the best. Can't wait to return!
