The place has potential but the cabins are pricey for what they are. They have the potential to be nice if only they would invest a little money in them. The have extremely old and extremely dirty air conditioner units with tons of dust and dirt and the sleeper couch needs to be replaced. For 190 a night they should... More

Nice looking, little cottages with a lot of character. Each cottage has their own grill and table outside. Very comfortable size. Extremely filthy! I normally take Clorox with me to clean the bathrooms in the hotels.... Thank Good ! Because the toilet was so filthy urine drops (disgusting). That was the worse thing!!! Also I had to sweep and mop... More

B Cabin: It looked ok when we walked it. Basically it was clean. The sleeper couch was bad though; torn and really dirty. Pad was thin. (this needs to go to the garbage) No sheets either. No pillow cases on any of the beds. No hand towel in bathroom. When our garbage was full there were no extra bags. No... More

Lots of wildlife all around and fun watching the deer every evening. We stayed in cottage 3, Permit. No real cleanliness issues except for all the mold in the air conditioner vents, which didn't put out enough cold air to blow out a match. As a result the cottage was very hot in the evenings after a day of sweltering... More

This is our 2nd year staying here, last year was awesome. They changed owners, and things are not as good, the cottage we rented was twice as high 7 nights last year was 700. and some change this year 7 nights was 1100. the cabin we got has termites so bad that I spent every evening sweeping them up off... If you're looking for an affordable alternative to staying in the keys - especially during high season -- consider staying in Big Pine Key. The Old Wooden Bridge has a marina and offers up small cottages, many of which have been updated, that accommodate 4 to 7 people. The cottages are clean and key deer come to your front door... More

I actually had a great time on the boat, it was clean and ran great. The people were super friendly and helpful. The reason for the average rating is for a couple reasons. One it had a stereo system, one of the main reason we chose that pontoon boat. Then we found out the radio doesn't work. Not that big of... More

Great place for relaxing, boating and fishing. Also a nice place to bring a bicycle. Walk on the bridge and watch sharks and rays swim by. Always enjoy our time there. This is about our 4th trip and will go back again.

The Old Wooden Bridge Fishing Camp is a ways off of highway 1. That's not a bad thing because it is peaceful and quiet. The cabins are older but the owners have done a good job keeping them up. The cabin we stayed in (#5) had tiled floors and a tiled shower. The room was clean and while not the... More
