The Sea View Hotel is apparently the oldest hotel on this strip of beach in Bal Harbour, having been built in 1947. The age of the building is apparent, with some areas in need of some updating. The upside to an older hotel, however, includes larger rooms, larger pool and reduced cost compared to the newer surrounding hotels. The staff... More

This must have been the worse hotel I have ever been to in my entire life. From the rude management to the disgusting rooms. I don't even know we're to begin but I will try and hope you make a better discussion than going here. I arrived late at night and it was like a scene in the movies no... More

The Sea View is one of the last Art Deco hotels on this strip of Miami Beach. It's now dwarfed by everything that's been built around it in the last 25 years. The pool is small but never crowded. And the beach is close enough with hotel umbrellas and towels available. The food in the restaurant wasn't particularly good, although... More

I'm am currently on a vacation and I booked this trip on Hotwire and the pictures makes the hotel look more luxurious than it really is. Wouldn't stay here again. They were doing construction and the food was disgusting. It's more like a motel than a hotel.

Our first time in Miami we stayed at another hotel but wanted to try another area the second time around. Found this hotel and read the reviews about the wonderful beach and pool and booked the trip. We had a great time. The beach is beautiful and the pool is huge. Our room (we didn't have a view) was very... More

I'm usually more inclined to stay at all inclusive for family vacation, but Sea View Hotel has not disappointed. Clean friendly and all around nice for the price. Huge pool and private beach is very well-maintained. Continental breakfast in the morning is very helpful to keep the cost down. There is restaurants and shops within the walking distance however I... More

My wife and I came down to Miami Beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful. Its a old classic elegant looking hotel. The lobby is in perfect condition. They have a nice large pool deck, with lounge chairs and umbrellas. They also have lounge chairs with umbrellas on the breach too. Id recommend staying at Sea View

Yes...It's become my "go to" hotel when my wife and I make one of our fairly frequent trips to Florida. And, after this stay, it will continue to be so.
