The hotel is located 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to shops and restaurants. Check in was efficient. The room was modern and clean but the bathroom area was very small. The room had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel has an elevator but a good portion of the rooms are entered from the outside of the building....

This hotel has been renovated--I even liked it before. It's within walking distance to the wonderful ocean, to shops, and to restaurants. You don't need to do anything but walk, and enjoy the salt air, hovering gulls, and a breath-taking sunrise.

I recently stayed at the Breakers Hotel and Suites for a quick getaway. Service was great and the king size room was very nice. The hotel is within walking distance to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the off season and was surprised, in a good way. Check in was friendly, super fast. 3rd floor room request was accomodated. I thought it would be loud w there being traffic toward the balcony side, but I slept great. Clean, clean room. Really clean! Flat screen, micro, fridge, coffee...your basics. You're about a block away from...

Cute place, very friendly staff, no problems at all! Close to all the shoppes in Rehoboth, great off-season rate. The hotel is older and a little dated but very cozy. Seems like the prices get a bit high for the quality/amenities in the peak season, but we like it quiet and low-key, so we will probably only be back on...

We have stayed at many hotels in Rehoboth Beach. This is one of the best ones for the price. The hotel was clean, shower was hot, and the bed was comfortable. Every room has a balcony, which we really appreciated and enjoyed. The only real issue is that the sink area is tight, so if you can only have one...

We stayed here over Christmas break. We used Rehoboth as a point to visit family in NJ, MD. and VA. The rooms smelled musty, the furniture looked like it was picked from someone's trash, including the tube TV. Are you kidding me a tube tv! The place is run down, dirty, and ant infested. We had ants, told them and...

The only reason that this did not get a 1 is because the front desk was pleasant and the bed linens were nice and clean. The hotel is old and musty, but the worst part is that I let a pair of my shoes by accident. I called in less than 24 hours upset as they were my favorite pair....

Stayed off season in November. Room fair for price. Clean and ok size. Advertised indoor pool but heater was broken during our stay. Complained to front desk (we picked this hotel because of indoor heated pool). Response from front desk was "well you can swim in it. It's just cold." No offer to compensate in any way. Loud construction outside...
