1.5 blocks from the beach, many restaurants, bars, shops nearby. The Inn provides chairs, towels, coolers, etc. for the beach - very convenient. The rooms have the essentials, are clean and comfortable; there's also a roof deck.

Its a great location with off street parking and (that alone) worth the price.. Main complaint was that the beds and pillows are a little uncomfortable - and there was no shampoo/conditioner.. No biggie.. but there's usage of coolers, ice packs and beach chairs for a beach day and a rooftop deck to sit and enjoy the night. Breakfast was...

The BEST location in Rehoboth! Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Innkeeper was pleasant and very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious-fresh fruits, homemade egg strata, muffins and assorted juices.

Andy was nice! I don't think the room was worth the price. It seemed dusty with the wicker & fake plants. The breakfast consists of a lot of breads & sweet pastries. It would be better if the rate was half.

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. The location is perfect. It is a block off the main street in Rehoboth, so is busy, near the restaurants, but not noisy. Our room faced onto the road and we are light sleepers, but did not hear anything outside that kept us up at night. The Inn is very...

As others have said, the location is perfect. A short walk to the beach, main strip and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Our Host was very friendly and prepared a mean breakfast spread which kept both me and my wife who is gluten sensitive happy and full. We look forward to returning soon.

This is a great place if you like being at the beach. It's only one street away from the main street. It's a way of being in the action of Rehoboth Beach without having to deal with the crowds. The rooms are small, but the porch makes up for it. The owners are extremely nice and serve a great breakfast....

Delightful, comfortable bed and breakfast inn! Simply cannot beat the location for shopping, dining, and proximity to the beach. Our host, Andy, did everything to make us feel welcome. The only criticism is that the mattresses were good but not excellent. The private bathroom was small, but very clean. The breakfast was simple and delicious. A very comfortable and inviting...

Andy the inn keeper was very nice and helpful. The location can't be beat about 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, tons of restaurants within a couple of steps plus a block from the main street. The bed was very comfortable, the room just a little small but I think there are bigger rooms we were a last minute...

If you want to be close to everything, stay at Royal Rose Inn! It's cute and quaint as mentioned, Great atmosphere and I was amazed at how conveniently close everything was. Andy the inn keeper made you feel welcome, checked you in quickly which was great especially when you arrive at 2:30 (hello beach!) And cooked a great breakfast served...
