We stayed here for a couples weekend-just wanted a place to sleep as we would be out mostly enjoying the town. We stayed in an efficiency room. These rooms are in a separate building from the regular hotel on the 2nd floor (no elevator). We only stayed in this room because there was no other room available. 2 double beds in this room-so, if you’re used to sleeping in a King like we are, you will feel smooshed. The cleaners can definitely do better. The carpet was disgusting (obviously unvacuumed spots); front of refrigerator was dirty-be sure to do your own wipe-down. There was a missing light bulb from the bathroom fixture. There was a note at front desk that there is no housekeeping and you must put in any requests by 11:00am. So, the next morning we stopped in at 9:30am and asked for a refresh of towels and soap. They told us to leave our towels outside of our room and wrote down the request on a notepad. No one ever came. We had to go and ask for the towels, so this just a clear example of how lazy they are-can’t even follow written instructions of a request with a room number. Many people were smoking on their balcony (thank goodness not next to us). Our room had a shared balcony with 2 chairs in front of our unit. Parking is tight-while we were there, the cops were there because someone had hit a ladies car overnight (scraped it while backing/pulling out). Best kept secret: park in a space in the garage below the efficiency units. So, ok for what we paid which was a place to sleep that had a good location in Rehoboth. But, don’t have high expectations when staying here!…

I have stayed here before and it was fine but now it is run down and filthy. The walls and ceiling are peeling from the moisture. There is mold in the shower. Such a shame because it used to be nice. The front desk staff was friendly but they are charging way too much just for location.

Stayed many years at this hotel mainly due to location. Knew that the room was "nothing special" but this year it was filthy. Spent 45 minutes cleaning with clorox wipes - cobwebs in the window - all surfaces dirty - sand on carpet and chairs - feces marks in toilet. No daily housekeeping. Must "bed" front desk for towels and other supplies. Front desk staff rude and frequently unavailable. Pool loungers should have been sanitized or at least dried each day. Large puddles in pool area should have been swept. Sad that this place has deteriorated.

We came here every year except 2020 since 2011. This is the first time including last year where we were disappointed by the cleanliness and service. There may be a lack of employees in the local area but there were only 2 young people that we saw and it seemed to be too much for them to keep up with as there are a lot of rooms. Youth baseball showed up Thursday and Friday and kids were running unchecked or supervised from one end of the walkway to the other and yelling well into the night. It was wet and raining and seemed rather hazardous, not to mention annoying. Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival and our sink wouldn’t drain properly. We didn’t ask to change though as we were next door to our kids. Instead of some sort of organized request for new towels we had to keep requesting at the office. No daily room service this year. And when I finally asked for trash bags part of way through the week the housekeeping told me to drop my trash over the railing into the open dumpster myself. The price is good and so is the location but it’s not what it was at this place.…

This hotel was in a great location - a few minute walk to the beach and walkable to all of our favorite restaurants. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again. The cost was very reasonable too for how close it was to everything.

I would go about 3.5 if allowed. Overall good. Location is great for walking to beach or anywhere downtown. Parking is good. Nice pool. Basically clean for older motel. Would not be first choice but would stay again if need be. The negative…it is older facility so some of issues are due to age…window and door is off walkway used to access all rooms so hard to leave curtains open due to people walking by looking inn. No coffee in room, need to go to lobby for morning coffee. Bathroom very small. Can hardly shut door without stepping over toilet. Sink is outside bathroom so that helps. Toilet and sink counter very low as they were 30 years ago. Tub could be cleaned better. Mildew around edges and around plumbing.

I stayed at Atlantis Inn with my family this past weekend. We had a great experience at this motel. The front desk people are very nice. They let us park our car in their lot and go to the beach before check in time. Room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the luxury vinyl floor. Since there was no carpeting - There was no musty smell that most beach rooms have from wet carpeting. What a smart move to use vinyl flooring at a beach motel. I will definitely stay at this motel again.

Just had a nice anniversary weekend at the Atlantis Inn in Rehoboth Beach. Stayed in the third floor suite. Room was very clean and everything worked as it should. Front desk personnel very friendly and so was the staff. Made us feel welcome. Thanks!

I visited from New Jersey & stayed in room 101 it was amazingly clean and very friendly. I will be visiting again next year!!!! I enjoyed the pet friendly room, and the view from the balcony onto the avenue!

We had a family memorial service on Rehobeth Beach and this was the perfect place for our large group. Eric and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Since we had a large group, there were many keys needing reactivation, rooms needing towels, extra parking permits, etc. All these needs were met with a smile. The location was convenient with no need to drive anywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service is what was stellar and exceeded our expectations to make a difficult weekend a bit easier on all of us.
