The location is amazing, we didn’t need to drive anywhere as the hotel is in the middle of the avenue. The front desk staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, recommending their favorite places to eat, Michael delivered a bag of linens and towels to us and included some toiletries to make sure we were all set for the night. The only reason I would not give this place a five star rating is because even though the hotel states they are non-smoking, you will find cigarette butts throughout the parking lot and men smoking right outside the lobby at the patio chairs.

Our family comes here every year at the beginning of August. First, when we came to check in they were so nice and quick the staff is one of the most friendly people in the world. when we got into our suite the room was so cozy and beachy the balcony overlooking Rehoboth ave is the best view you get to see everything like the beach and the ave. The kitchen was so big and nice the bedroom was spacious the 6 days we were there we were treated like royalty. This hotel beat my expectations if I could rate this hotel its a 5 star from me.

Our family attended a Memorial Service in Rehoboth this past weekend and stayed at the Atlantis Inn. Eric at the front desk could not have been more accommodating. Typical for a large group, we needed key replacements, a hospitality suite and had some additional vehicles that needed a parking permit. All issues were taken care of with a positive outcome and a sincere willingness to help.
The location is quite good, on the main street, accessible to restaurants and shops, with the beach only a few blocks away. Quite convenient as we had some small children in our group and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The rooms were clean and the staff went above and beyond to bring clean towels to our room. We enjoyed the pool on the third floor, which was a nice respite from the beach. Thanks so much for making our stay a bit brighter.

I stayed at Atlantis Inn with my family this past weekend. We had a great experience at this motel. The front desk people are very nice. They let us park our car in their lot and go to the beach before check in time. Room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the luxury vinyl floor. Since there was no carpeting - There was no musty smell that most beach rooms have from wet carpeting. What a smart move to use vinyl flooring at a beach motel. I will definitely stay at this motel again.

Room Tip: The beach is small and boardwalk very crowded. Avoid the weekends when most day trippers come.

The rooms are reasonable and the staff is friendly - front desk was awesome and maintenance guys are great if you need anything. The rooms are not extravagant, but we had room for 5 people in the suite and were able to have friends over every evening for happy hour and cards. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Dunkin is right around the corner and you can bring a cup for the coffee that is in the lobby each morning. Kids love the little pool on the 3rd floor. We got ice from the ice machine and had enough for our cooler as we walked to the beach. We have been coming here for over 10 years and look forward to it each year. Clean towels, clean sheets, and friendly staff. You can't ask for more!

I almost rated Atlantis Inn "Average", but downgraded to a "Poor" because I just checked in to a brand new Hampton Inn (hundreds of miles away) that is so modern and clean it just blows Atlantis Inn away. And I paid a lot less per night for this comfortable room.

The Atlantis Inn staff was lovely! No complaints there.

My family was there because my son was in a baseball tournament at Sports-at-the-Beach, and the team's coordinator blocked rooms at Atlantis Inn. The big upside was that it is right in the heart of all the shops, restaurants, arcade, etc., and just a block and a half from the boardwalk and beach. So it was an excellent location if it helps your family to be around all of those things.

We paid more than $200/night for what is a clean, but cramped, old, and dim motel. You practically had to step into the bath to close the bathroom door. The double beds were fulls, not queens. Even with all the lamps on, the room felt kind of dim and sad.

You might like it if you don't care about a modern or luxurious facility, just an average motel in a central location in touristy, crowded, but kinda cute Rehoboth Beach. I just can't imagine thinking it's a good value.

We came here every year except 2020 since 2011. This is the first time including last year where we were disappointed by the cleanliness and service. There may be a lack of employees in the local area but there were only 2 young people that we saw and it seemed to be too much for them to keep up with as there are a lot of rooms. Youth baseball showed up Thursday and Friday and kids were running unchecked or supervised from one end of the walkway to the other and yelling well into the night. It was wet and raining and seemed rather hazardous, not to mention annoying. Our bathroom was dirty upon arrival and our sink wouldn’t drain properly. We didn’t ask to change though as we were next door to our kids. Instead of some sort of organized request for new towels we had to keep requesting at the office. No daily room service this year. And when I finally asked for trash bags part of way through the week the housekeeping told me to drop my trash over the railing into the open dumpster myself. The price is good and so is the location but it’s not what it was at this place.

great location, reasonable price but place needs attention. old carpet, old furniture. spiderwebs in corners. housekeeping not very thorough and barely got enough towels each day. coffee each morning nice in lobby. pool ok, tiny. bring your own pool towels, they provide some occasionally but very small and thin and not replenished often. wifi was out for almost 24 hrs. kept being told that they were resetting stuff. it will do if you are on a budget and don't expect much.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. There was a thunderstorm in the area during your stay which wiped out our controller switch and we had to purchase and install a new one to get the internet back up. It was unfortunate but rectified immediately.

This review started because of the disappointment with the staff/management and their challenging (dare I say rude) unprofessional behavior & a few challenges with our efficiency. I’m now updating with a list - and it’s only day one 🤦🏻‍♀️

Toothpaste & soap on the bathroom sink, a door that won’t close without slamming it so hard it rattles the walls, floors so filthy our feet are dirty just from walking barefoot in the room, prior guests dirty bedding on the pullout side, sand on all of the floors.
When I asked for someone to come up with a broom & dust pan to clean the floors they handed them to me to clean the room myself. As for the bedding, we were brought a flat sheet. When asked about the rest of the bedding the gentleman said he would see what he could do (did later come back w/rest of bedding). When I asked if he thought the condition of the room acceptable his response was ‘I just work here’.
I could go on but really, what’s the point?
Sad to have to move on but would not bring family & friends back here again.

We had a family memorial service on Rehobeth Beach and this was the perfect place for our large group. Eric and the entire staff went out of their way to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. Since we had a large group, there were many keys needing reactivation, rooms needing towels, extra parking permits, etc. All these needs were met with a smile. The location was convenient with no need to drive anywhere. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service is what was stellar and exceeded our expectations to make a difficult weekend a bit easier on all of us.
