This hotel is amazing from the moment you pull up to it. The Victorian decor is beautiful and adds to the charm of the place. When we checked in I was greeted by the hotel’s parrot and we quickly became friends as he walked up and down my arms, lol. The staff-they are superb! They truly treat you like royalty. We had room 201 and from the moment we walked into it we were in awe. It is beautifully decorated, had a whirlpool that was amazing to get in, and was ocean front so we had a perfect view of the beach. In our room we also found masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer-a nice touch during this pandemic! The room has a TV,phone, microwave, mini fridge, Kuerig-everything you would need and want. The toiletries were very nice and was the hotel’s brand-it smelled very good. The bathroom was adorable with a nice walk in shower. We did room service for dinner and breakfast through their restaurant. It is open for dining-we just wanted to eat on our balcony and enjoy the food. It was delicious and very filling. The presentation was amazing and we really enjoyed it. There is a cute coffee shop on there as well that was a perfect treat in the morning. The hotel also gives you complimentary beach towels that are huge and comfortable. You can get them by asking the front desk. As far as location-perfect. The name says it all, lol. You are on the boardwalk. There are many restaurants, shops, activities all within walking distance. Due to the pandemic, you do have to wear a mask in the hotel and in public spaces, such as the boardwalk. You don’t have to wear it on the beach. Overall, our stay here was fabulous. We will definitely come back to this hotel again! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! P.S. If you are military, make your reservations by calling the hotel instead of online. They have a discount rate.🇺🇸

This was our third stay. It’s a very nice hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Felt very much like a Bed & Breakfast (without the break fast, that is). The view from the Ocean Front inside sitting area/study & balcony was stupendous. Location, location, location. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience. We arrived a few hours early and were able to check right in smoothly. Great location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The beach is just a few short steps away. Easy to set up your spot early and go have breakfast at the hotel! We will be back!

I wish I could select more than one option for the area of concern. My arrival was horrible and full of confusion. The check in was nearly 30 minutes for 2 rooms I booked on booking.com. The price of one room was the same but the other was hundreds more. The rooms I booked were assigned to the wrong floors and I just could not get why they did not understand what I was talking about. I even left the lobby and called and tried to get someone else to listen to me, to no avail. The staff at Victoria's treated me with dignity and respect. I booked the upscale fancy hotel as my daughter's 17th birthday present and so my daughter would know how I lady should be treated. I chose your hotel because of how upscale it looked and the proximately to the beach. I felt like my check out was was simply horrible the same woman who checked me in had trouble yet again checking me out. What at bunch of........... The staff even threated to call the cops on my daughter and her friends who was registered as guests. I am a single mom and I spent nearly $4,000.00 in your hotel!! Thank you for making me feel appreciated!!!

Boardwalk Plaza is a warm, homey, and comfortable hotel right on the ocean. They go out of their way to make sure you are having a great stay. I love the Victorian vibe. I felt comfortable staying there despite the Covid-19 situation, as their precautions and safety measures were excellent.
