Big Oaks has been family owned and operated for over 40 years. We offer camping for tents, popups, trailers, motorhomes, as well as cabin and mobile home rentals. We are only 2 and a half miles from Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk, and only a mile from the Tanger Outlets. We are a stop on the local bus, and only a quarter mile from the Breakwater bike trail to Rehoboth or Lewes.

The campsite is nice, resting in the shade of beautiful trees, with a pirate ship playground and many decorated trailers. There is a cute little pool though we didn’t use it since we were in Delaware for the beach. The staff at the office was nice. The cabin was clean. The

Our family was just there from 8/19/2018 - 8/26/2018. It was our first time there. We rented one of their mobile homes. We had a fantastic time. The mobile home was very clean and nice. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The pool is beautiful, the staff is very friendly.

Very good location, close to the beach, everyone seems nice and the pool is clean. Sites are very tight and close together, I guess to be expected near the beach. Saw lots of dogs and as they are dog friendly, would like to see some area set aside for walking dogs. There are a

Just stayed in a cabin with my daughters. I felt safe. The cabin and the bathhouses were clean. The pool was beautiful! Staff was helpful and friendly from booking to checkout. Plus we were able to enjoy 3 different close beaches in 3 days.

All of our rental units sleep a maximum of 6 people, so you would need at least 2 units. Pricing would depend on how many adults and how many children are in each unit. Please call 302-645-6838 for more info :)

I'm sorry, breakfast is not included. We do not have rooms like a hotel does. You would be camping and the closest thing we have to a room would be a cabin or a mobile home unit. The cabins have beds and a small fridge and microwave, but you need to bring all linens, blankets, pillows, and all camping gear. For the mobile home, it has a full bath, kitchen and laundry with eating utensils provided. You would bring your own linens, towels, and any other necessary items. We have a few food items in the camp store, but no hot food is served.

Yes, there is a public bus that picks up right next to the pool. It costs $3.70 per person for an all-day pass. Children under 46 inches are free. This bus goes all over the local area, including Rehoboth Beach and the Boardwalk. There is also a nice hiking and biking trail half a mile from our entrance that you can ride to the beach. It takes about half an hour on a bike to get there. We hope to see you soon!

"Don't camp here if you are in a tent"
"Make sure to ask for a shady camp site away from the road. We felt the "Wilderness" area was an excellent choice."
"If you must stay here, drive in first and ensure you are not stuck with a terrible site, of which there are many."
"If you must, request a spot on the perimeter end near the cabins."
