Fist time traveling with our standard poodle. Place designed for pets with large enclosed dog park, special sheets and towels for dog and places for food etc. Conveniently located just off coastal highway. Breakfast very good and host were delightful

The Homestead B & B at Rehoboth was the most lovely, CLEAN, and hospitable place we have stayed in at the Resort. Joe and Dave were wonderful hosts, the breakfasts were amazing, and delivered to our Cottage, and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. Nothing negative to say at all - just make a reservation and relax!

Absolutely wonderful! Beautiful, clean, quiet and well kept, dog friendly, adults only bed and breakfast! All your needs are taken care of, while simultaneously allowing you to feel that you are on a private, luxurious vacation. Breakfast prepared and served daily based on your own selections of food and time. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas (sun and rain), full supplies for your dog, coffee, tea, ice, chocolates always available. Beautiful grounds to stroll with fresh fruit trees, outdoor shower (both for people and dogs). Outdoor pool and very large, gated grass area where you can sit, relax and read in comfy chairs under the gazebo while your dog enjoys being off-leash. Large wrap around, screened in front porch for breakfast, reading. Rooms are beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are fully stocked with everything from large towels to first aid kits. You control your own air conditioning and can actually make it cold enough, unlike most hotels. If you are looking for an amazing bed and breakfast, you need to stay here! Highly recommend!!

The was our 2 nd time. The Cottage is our favorite. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Everything was clean & tidy. The grounds were well manicured. Our breakfasts were delivered to the cottage on time & were excellent. The weather was a little cool, but we had a nice time. Inn keeps are the best!

My partner and I loved our 2-night stay at The Homestead. It was well located -- very short drive to the Rehobeth beach scene, but far enough away from the noise and crowds of the beachfront area. Our room was the cheeriest we have ever had...so beautifully decorated. I loved the vaulted ceiling and sunny colors (we were in the Sunflower room). Joe and David were terrific hosts, serving wonderful breakfasts and offering info and assistance without being overbearing. They are obviously very good at what they do and they understand quality. We would absolutely stay there again if we return to the Rehobeth area.

Wow, wow, wow! Homestead is beautiful and they thought of everything when designing/planning this space. This was our first experience at a bed & breakfast and it truly was so impressive. My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed in the Carriage House Loft which was larger and more beautiful than our first apartment! Everything was so clean. The bathroom was huge with a large spa like tub and a separate area for the toilet with it's own door. The bed was very comfy. A large living room with eat in kitchen and all the amenities/items you'd need. They even included a sheet for the bed and couches so the dogs could sit/sleep and not get hair everywhere. The outdoor upper deck was also beautiful, with table/chairs and outdoor couches and we were lucky enough to spend time out there in March. My parents stayed right below us in the Orchard Room which was also so cute - more basic just the bedroom, bath and small fridge, microwave, coffee area - but still beautiful. This worked out perfect because they came up to the Loft and spent time with us. We had the pleasure of meeting Joe & David in the mornings when they would deliver breakfast to our room (they were kind enough to offer this for my parents to eat with us as well). The breakfast was SPECTACULAR and they had so many options each morning. The dog run was perfect and well thought out with doggie bags and a covered gazebo for us to sit while the dogs played (it unfortunately rained our first 2 days). The location is great, kind of off the main road which is better if you're looking for a more quiet stay but still within a few minute drive of the beach, breweries, restaurants, etc. The property is well maintained and very pretty. We will definitely return again and really appreciate such great hospitality for us and our dogs!

This was our first time staying at The Homestead (never been to any B&B) and it was amazing!!! Book was very easy over the phone and they offer a veteran discount and dog friendly. We booked for in August for 5 days/4 nights. Room: We booked the Carriage House Loft (2nd floor of the Carriage House). The area was perfect because we were traveling with our 3year old chocolate lab. The room was large, very clean and had a homey feeling. The king size bed was very comfy, the bathroom was large and I loved the dual sinks. The kitchen area had a small fridge with mini freezer, toaster, silverware, etc. There was a Keurig with K-cups, sugar and creamer. We absolutely loved having the deck and our dog loved to sit outside enjoying the herself. The room also offered Free WiFi and had a smart TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. Breakfast: Breakfast was wonderful each day. Joe and Dave offered a special dish each morning along with other amazing breakfast items. The waffles with the homemade apple topping was to die for!!! The bacon was the perfectly cooked! Since we were in the loft breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and we were able to sit on the deck and enjoy the morning. Since there was a Keurig in the room we were able to to make coffee to go with our breakfast. Joe and Dave also offer juice's with breakfast. Pool: Having a pool was defiantly a bonus for when we weren't at the beach. The pool was very clean, had plenty of chairs, music from the speakers and the temperature of the water was perfect!! Dog area: The dog area was large and big enough for several dogs. The B&B offered poo bags and a trashcan to dispose of your dogs droppings. Our dog is loves fetching her tennis ball and this area was the perfect size for her to run out some of that energy. There is also an area where owners can sit and enjoy coffee or a cocktail while there dog is roaming the area. We loved that there was a dog was station on the property so when we returned from the beach our pup could get the sand off. Parking: Plenty of parking for each guest! We will defiantly be returning guests!!!

We completed another enjoyable stay at the Homestead B&B at Rehoboth (we try to get there annually) and can't say enough about the cleanliness of the inn, delicious homemade breakfasts, and overall relaxing "vibe". We particularly enjoy staying at the Cottage since we have 2 dogs and we have private access to a fenced back yard. Thank you Joe and David for your hospitality!
