We thought it would be suitable for a quick sleep since we were flying out early the next morning but when we went to our room we knew immediately it was not the place for us. Very dated, smelled horrible, dirty, and felt unsafe as there were men standing around outside and obvious drug action. The man at the desk was an absolute sweetheart and he deserves to run a 5* facility. So understanding and willing to work with us. He knew what he was having to work with and felt awful that it didn’t work for us. I hope he gets recognition for his dedication and pleasant demeanor and I hope whoever owns that facility reads these reviews and tries to do better. The location can’t be topped, right next to the airport. It needs ALOT of help but has potential!

Don’t stay here! We stayed in Building 5, supposedly the best and newest. Yikes, like a 1960s condo. Outside, I witnessed a group of men standing around…very drug like. I felt like I was a hostage not a hotel guest. Breakfast was as bad as the hotel— bunch of wrapped up convenience store items. Repeat, I am ashamed that this place is advertised. The area seems worn out and unsafe; hotel fits in…

The young man receptionist was VERY kind, responsive and understanding. However, when we looked at our room (in the original building) it was very smelly with cigarette smoke and the room was very dreary and dark. We were "upgraded" to another room in the newer building and although it was better, the windows did not open and the smell and questionable surrounding area just left us with no choice but to ask for a refund. The gentleman did not give us a hassle. We decided to just continue our drive home to Pennsylvania. I would recommend a different hotel. We got the sense that people were living in the older part of the hotel as there were broken down cars and one up on cinder blocks. All around it was not pleasant.

Room was dated and TV was the smallest I have seen in a hotel room in over a a decade. The outside door lock (this building) is broken and I ended up walking around building to get back to my room with my "breakfast" served in a different building. I mentioned this to desk and she said yes, we know. Pool is long gone and filled in, which was also disappointing after being in car for 10 hours, I didn’t check their website was going off past trip advisor reviews. HVAC made a noise continuously, sounded like a loose belt. Worst thing was the very strong odor of disinfectant in room nauseating. Made me wonder what they were covering up with it, would definitely not be able to stay here with my wife, she would be sick over that smell. The breakfast was poor, Jimmy Dean microwave biscuits, rewrapped items like you find at 7/11. Best thing I can say is that it was quiet and bed was comfortable. All in all I will look elsewhere when in area, find place with a pool and rooms that don't stink.

First, I will start off by saying, the people that work here are incredibly nice and helpful. When we first arrived and checked in (we were in town for a soccer tournament), we got to our room and my husband was instantly annoyed. We travel a lot, and this room was tiny for three people. The room itself was clean, but it was very small, and because of its age, was a little shady looking. What does not help it is that there are two other buildings right near the first that look run down and abandoned. If they could knock those down, that would go a long way. Instantly we started looking for another room, but since it was such a big tournament, everywhere within forty miles was completely sold out. We spent the first night, and decided we would move in the morning. Yet again, size was the major factor. The next morning, we talked to friends of ours who were staying in the other building and they were happy with their rooms. We called to see if it would be possible to upgrade our room to the other building, and paid the difference. Much bigger room, and more comfortable beds. When we went to check out, the manager asked us about our room switch and we explained why we had done it. He refunded our upgrade fee. The people that work here are all very personable and they know and understand the parameters of what they are working with.

Broken fixtures. No charging ports. No TV. Shower is ok. Microwave and fridge work. Bedding is torn and sewn back together. Furniture is very scuffed up and old. Pet friendly is why we are here but won’t bother again. It won’t be very long before it gets its big upgrade...we hope.

Hotel was perfect for a reasonable price. The staff both in the reception and on the property were very helpful. The rooms were clean. The provided breakfast was fine. The IHOP across the street takes a 10% discount when you stay at the hotel.

Not the best hotel not the worst. If you need a place to sleep for the night for a decent price this would suffice. It's an odd layout for a Quality Inn but that's because it's in partnership with a lodge. My room was clean and the shower was great and I found the beds to be comfy enough. So, I have no real complaints.

The location was close in handling my business. The room offers two (2) beds, microwave, refrigerator, Wifi connection, and TV. The room was equipped with its own control heating and air condition unit. The room on arrival was clean and equipped with a complimentary coffee.maker, coffee, and coffee cups. No assortment of tea was provided.
