Always clean and friendly. This is where I stop whether I am going South or returning North on my way home. I have been coming here for several years whenever I go on vacation in the South. It is close to a BJs wholesale Club that has cheap gas, several restaurants to choose from and his prices are always very reasonable. He also takes AAA and AARP discounts for travelers or seniors.

The receptionist guy ---------------- Muitul Puthak was very rude to me as a customer. I checked-in for two nights but for some reason, the older man that originally checked me in only charged my credit card for one night of which I didn’t know. While I was resting the next morning, housekeeping came to clean the room, but I told them that my daughter and I are resting and don’t need housing keeping, so I put the “DO NOT DISTURB” on the door. However, ten minutes later, there was another knocking at the door, and I politely opened the door and told the two ladies that I did not need housekeeping. However, five minutes later there was heavy banging at the door. I refused to open the door this time and the door was forced opened by Muitul (the receptionist) and he asked me to get out of the room or he will call the police. I simply told him that I checked in for two nights. Instead of him telling me that my card was charged for only one night, he started yelling at me and woke my daughter up from sleep, insisting that I get out of the room. That was very rude as a customer service agent. He is driving customers away. Secondly, I spent two nights and saw four stinkbugs in the room. Watch out for them if you ever decide to lodge at this hotel.

Me and my family of four stayed here for a week and they repeatedly gave us only two towels and two wash clothes. They are inconsiderate when it comes to coming in and cleaning your room. The housekeeper came to clean with the door wide open the whole time in 30 degree weather with my kids in bed in PJs. They use the same brush to clean the bathtub, toilet, and sink. They watch your every move soon as you step foot out your room. I think they stay here. The old man is rude. Basic cable, WiFi signal sucks, ac unit rattles.

After calling to see if they had rooms available, I went to the property personally. Now I don't know if it was because I'm black or what. I was asked several questions "Are you working near by? Why are you in the area" and several other things that made me uncomfortable. After my reluctance to answer these questions, my boyfriend recommended we stay across the way, so we left. Needless to say after my long flight I just wanted to sleep, but I believe it worked out for the best. If they continue doing business this way their property will stay as empty as it was that day. O and I was in town to visit family and to put flowers on my mothers grave, but that wasn't any of their business though...

Avoid this place, for your own good. Keep driving. Our son had so many bites on his face, neck and hands we had to get a doctor's note that he can attend school - have pictures to prove it. This dump needs to be torn down.
