Really good sized, clean rooms. My kids liked the theme, Big Bend National Park! The pool was great, and we enjoyed watching the frogs in the pond. Breakfast was just ok, but as expected. It would have been nice to have water on offer.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room had a renovated look to it and there was paint peeling off the wall around the air conditioner. No microwave in room, and the upholstered chair was dirty, looked like something was spilled on it. When we went to use the pool it was hot that day and asked if there was more...

The personnel were very kind but that's that. The family room we had was cold because of the broken air condition, breakfast was very, very poor with coffee that looked like tea, no vegetables, no fruits and everything there were included far too much sugar. We were lucky for just passing by and just wanted to sleep over jet lag.

Booked this on the Saturday before the Monday 4th of July holiday. I checked several sites, and confirmed availability, bc I specifically wanted a suite with a pull out. Travelled with my wife, 2 kids, and aunt. Nevertheless, on Sunday I was called and told it was human error that they overbooked, and we would need to be in a...

We stayed at the Heritage in a 2-queen bed family room over 4th of July weekend 2016. We generally don't like to stay in these soulless highway inns, but it was all that was available for the holiday weekend, given that we didn't want to pay crazy money for our last-minute beach get-away. The hotel itself is adequate - large...

This hotel was fairly clean (not what I would call spotless) but it served its purpose. It was along a very touristy part of town, nothing quaint about it. The breakfast consisted of cereal, bread/bagels, muffins, Danish, juice, milk, coffee, and oatmeal. Nothing about this hotel was the definition of an inn. We were very disappointed to find that it...

Heritage Inn was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location near shopping and the beach. Would definitely stay again on our next visit!

Our one-night stay here was the first time we'd been in this hotel. We found public areas bright and cheery. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast room was a good size. Breakfast buffet was just okay. Rates were reasonable in comparison to other similar hotels in the area. Our room was nice and clean. We were happy with our...

Due to the full capacity utilization housekeeping and maintenance services are switched to on-demand rather than by default before the guest comes back to his/her room. The beds in the room were uncomfortable. However, the personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Was a lovely place. It is near the beach, and yet a good price. Great package. The view our room had it set on was marvelous, where I could go to the back and read a book peacefully with nice weather set that day. The room overall was great. 3 beds, it was clean and I had no problems with...
