We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Blue. This was our first time staying in the Delmarva area, and after driving through Rehoboth and down to Ocean City (ick!) we definitely made the right choice by staying in Lewes! It is a lovely small town, like a mini Chatham on Cape Cod. The hotel is within walking distance of the...

This was one of the most luxurious hotels we ever stayed at in a DelMarva Shore location. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful; the room impeccably decorated; and one of nicest surprises was the little fish pond outside our window. The other extra amenities included a rooftop pool, an expresso machine in the lobby, and wireless access throughout...

There was a last minute vacancy and no other place was available so I grabbed it. The room was pricey ($275 + tax) but a good value for a second floor queen suite with cushy robes, a huge bathroom with separate bath and shower, and nice cosmetics. The Hotel Blue lobby has an awesome and tireless Italian cappucino machine as...

This was a perfect place for us.. Beautiful spacious room, very friendly staff, close to beach and town. Couldn't ask for more.

My husband and I had the privilege of staying at Hotel Blue last week--it was the nicest vacation we have ever had! The owner, Donna, who lives onsite with her husband Scott, immediately upgraded us from a very nice room to an equally nice, but larger, room--sunny, and attractive. The room is fanciful--a beach ball pillow on the bed and...

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Blue for a few nights. Had a very nice room with a balcony facing the marsh which I think is better in terms of a view than the rooms facing the canal. Owners, Scott and Donna, are very nice and accommodating. The room was first rate, good space, comfortable beds and very...

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of 6/11/2011. We had never spent much time in Lewes, so we didn't know what to expect hotel-wise. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Everything from the front desk folks to the roof-top pool were great. The room was huge and well-appointed. My wife especially liked the toiletries supplied in...

Booked this hotel mainly based on the fact that they offer a military discount. Because it was Memorial weekend, they had a 3 night minimum, and some places won't honor a military discount on Memorial weekend (amazing since that's what Memorial Day is about). The staff was very very nice and even gave us our choice of two rooms when...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Blue - the decor is really cool, although I was a bit disappointed in the "canal view". I didn't realize that our balcony basically faced the parking lot and the street. I would have rather chosen a room that faced the back of the property had I known. Overall we liked the...

We were in Lewes for the half-marathon. Hotel Blue was a perfect location - just up the street from start/finish line. It was also a short walking distance to many restaurants, bike rentals, shopping, sightseeing. I loved the attention to detail this hotel exhibited; when they noticed we had a bottle of wine, they left wine glasses for us the...
