We stayed here a few days prior to our safari through the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The lodge is placed in a beautiful parc with a lot of indiginous animals, like birds and small dikdik gazelles walking freely around, beautiful trees. Very nice.

Stayed 2 times.Quiet and close to JRO airport. You pay for being locked safely away from locals in a zoo with dik-diks. Great for kids. Rooms and food are OK but drinks (including water) are overpriced. Free Wi-Fi works in common area.

If you were with a Safari company, they would pick you up and drop you at the lodge. If you're traveling on your own, you'll probably need to find transportation to the lodge from the airport. You might want to ask someone at the airport to help you with this so as to get a reliable driver. It's about a 30 to 45 minute ride, most of it on roads through the woods.
