My husband and I decided to stay at Mohegan Sun as a quick getaway in the midst of a work assignment. Hotel was extremely clean, and shockingly the casino had no signs of ever having smoking in it! What a pleasure! We stayed a king in the Sky Tower. We did ask if any suites were available as we were willing to pay for an upgrade, but unfortunately only one night 1 of the 2 had suites open. We didn't want to move so opted to just stay in the king, and they graciously put us on a high (33rd) floor with a nice (partial) water view. Room was very clean and bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed the robes, illy coffee, and L'Occitane bath amenities. We went to the casino after dinner and it was enjoyable with a smallish size crowd (Sunday night) so everyone was able to maintain a good social distance, Slots had clear plexiglass dividers, and were shockingly fingerprint free. Casino overall was impeccably clean. The only thing that was a bit shocking was the table minimums. I am a roulette player and it was a $25 minimum... even on a Monday night, and at all tables in both Earth and Sky tower. A few tables remained empty but the minimums did not change. Overall the trip was very enjoyable and we hope to return soon!

Came here for the weekend to relax with my husband. Don’t think will come again. Was given a room overlooking parking garage completely ligh up asked to change. Gave another room with acc not working g so room was too, not. And I had paid an extra $400 to,upgrade. Bedding was made so sheets were tucked well below comforter , pillows. Awful. Hard foam!! Room service comes in paper bags and doesn’t open until 7 am with delivery at 7:50 am. So if you are an early bird bring your own food as nothing is open on Sunday. morning that early ( hello this is a casino!’) front desk not friendly or accommodating consider my playing .

Due to Covid 19 and all of the New York State restrictions enacted on the time of my birthday, September 9 of 2020, I was not able to travel to where I wanted. Being neighboring to Connecticut I chose to take a train from NYC to Mohegan, and Ubers. The front desk and other greeters were very professional and kind welcoming me being alone. I went to the room and it was amazingly kept. My friends came to see me and the staff accommodated them with the same kindness. Every staff member at every bar and restaurant we went to was so kind to us. We kind of were floored. The pool was so clean, the staff took care of it. Was very relaxing so much I fell asleep. People at the retail stores were trying to sell us but in a kind way. We bought things just because we liked the products and the people were genuine in selling them. We aren't gamblers, didn't win. But that was not our intention. My friends are married so they don't get out much. Myself, I will be telling everyone.

Stayed at Earth Tower before and we are now a fan of the sky tower section in the main building. The room was very upscale, had a view of the lake/river, the vibe was better than the other tower and closer to the restaurants. Contactless check in and check out was well executed. WE felt very safe all throughout our stay. Will definitely come back and stay at the Sky Tower each time.
