Everything was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. It is very conveniently located near UConn but still in a quiet area near conveniences. The innkeepers were a pleasure! They made the stay so easy. Breakfast was the best of everything and it started the day on a good meal. Internet in the rooms, plenty of conveniently located... More

This was truly a fortunate find! The innkeepers are extremely friendly and helpful, yet not intrusive in any way! Every personal touch imaginable - including sharing their personal journey of building this lovely inn. Such a very special couple, warm and inviting without being overbearing. They have the art of innkeeping perfected. Wonderfully helpful at recommending antique shops and great... More

We found this place by accident and what a treat! The rooms are very reasonably priced and completely luxurious! 4 of the rooms have in room jacuzzis! Our room had a jacuzzi with a view of the pond in the garden. The innkeepers really know their stuff and are delighted to share the history of the inn with you and... More

Stayed there Saturday, June 25th in Room #1, front of the house, lower level. The cost was $129 & $19.35 (tax). We were the only guests which was great because we were encouraged to tour their beautiful historic structure, wow! The owner is a wood working genius, quite impressive. Beth was our host, the owners were away. She was very... More

We stayed there for two nights. It was the best b&b experience we've ever had! It was renovated with love and care. The breakfast is amazing! Every one makes you feel at home. Susan and Steve are super nice. From a kid from Arizona's perspective, you can discover many things. When it snows, you can play in it. Both innkeepers... More

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed our stay at the Tolland Inn. The food was fantastic, the owners were so kind, and the room was so perfect. The bed was so comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and I was so sad to leave. Definitely a great weekend!

We stayed in room #7, the tree house, a peaceful respite. Beautiful, classic inn. Susan and Stephen are very warm and welcoming. This lovely historic inn also serves a backdrop for Stephen's art and fine woodworking. We appreciated the experience and would definitely come back!

Historic community. Great Evangelist George Whitefield of First Great Awakening preached here in 1740's. Shubal Stearns of Baptist significance from Tolland. Museum is across the street.
