While the rate was good for a very expensive area this La Quinta leaves lots to be desired. Room showed lots of wear and aging, stain on bedspread. Room didn't seem that clean. Had some concern about fellow guests because we saw a number arriving with six packs, but there was no noise at night. Attached diner was very good...

This is an older but very reasonably priced hotel (compared to nearby chain hotels) with easy access off of I-95 on the CT side of the border with NY. They are very pet friendly and I had no problem with my Labrador retriever. They have a basic continental breakfast including a waffle maker...but no hot eggs or meat. A full...

Excellent location, but things need to improve. They really need to improve customer attention, very bad attention. Room was not very clean one day they do not clean the room. Breakfast area very dirty and not restocked what was running out.

Place was easy to find...price ok. Room was not very clean, noise from train all night, then housekeeping banging on the door at 9:30 to see when we were getting out?even though check out is at 11:30 not say the least not impressed. Would probably not stay again

Location and price is excellent but, other things needs to improve. Commercial vehicle should have separated spaces. Smokers should be relocated to other place than front of the entrance where guests are coming in/out. No main floor elevator excess is difficult for people with large amount of baggage or wheel chair.

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I booked a room with the Elite status line and specifically had to stay at this location because Elmsford and Armonk are no longer smoking room hotels. The location and breakfast was very good. The bed was good. The windows were dirty. The condition of the bathroom was poor. Black mold in the shower/tub area. Exhaust fan not working. The hall carpeting all was musty. The printer in the business center was broken.
