We stayed for one night during whilst completing the Ha Giang loop, we arrived quite late and muddy having taken a fall on our bike in the rain. The lady on the reception desk kindly laundered our clothes for us, although it was rainy so when we collected them the following day they were still damp. The room was tiny but comfortable for a nights stay, our only complaint is that the shower could only be burning kettle like hot, or cold which was slightly annoying after a muddy day! However we would book here again if we were in the area as we loved the cute huts!

Pretty clean room. There is one employee doing everything (bar, check in,info) but he's english is waaaay to crappy. They also offer loundy service, the hotel is easy to find and near the city-center. 🙌🏼

When the staff called me to asked when I will be check in. I don’t know she hear clearly or not but she thought I didnt come and yelling on phone why I didn’t cancel the room. It’s really not nice in the beginning When I arrived to check in. I have big pack back because i did mototrip on ha Giang loop so my stuff is preparing for 4 days trip. That’s day was cold and rain. After long day ride and get wet and cold. I asked the staff please bring my pack pack to up room but the guy said he is tired and have back hurt. It’s really bad service. The room so basic. I thought I have separate and private room but my room just in the corner, have door but the roof is open. That is in community house with another room like me and 4 more matters outside on the floor. That’s day so cold and the room no heater or AC. Lucky the bed is good and have thick blanket so I was Ok

We ended up spending three nights at this hostel and had a wonderfully positive experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating (even though they were a bit short-staffed while we were there). There are two friendly dogs and one stylish chicken hanging out adding atmosphere to the place. The rooms are small, but well-equipped. Hot showers, fans, views of the mountains! The food was good and the beer reasonably priced. We were given some tips on walks to do in the surrounding mountains that were beautiful. Good vibes! Check it out:)

The place was ok, but I forgot my scarf (a big one, we used it as an extra blanket in the bed) in the room, so my husband messaged them about it. We were staying in hanoi so I was hoping them to send it to me if I pay the postage, but they denied finding it. So after all I didn't get that good impression of the place since it's obvious that they decided to keep the scarf and told me that it's not there. Thieves!
