This is a trailer park which rents out unsold spaces to campers by the night. Not a campground in which everyone is camping and not living there. As a result, the people who live here are know each other and hang out together in the organized events, at the pool, etc. As a camper - you're kind of an outsider.... More

This was our second time here. The first time was great but this last time was a big disappointment. It was the last week in August and it was so slow that many of the activities were a no go. This doesn't mean that they lowered the price. It was still full price which was a rip off. To top... More

The last couple of years I've been coming here was disgusting, absolutely horrible. My room smell real bad, finding dirty socks. I thought i'll give it one more chance under new owner boy what a big difference. Rigo was awesome and really cute lol. He called a guy name Bill Robert on the radio to come change my light bulb... Everything about this campground was disgusting. The pool had green mold growing along the edges. Every activity we tried to attend was cancelled. They had a septic issue and the entire facility smelled of feces... but this might just be normal for this campground... It was truly a horrible experience. This is just an extremely trashy place. If I could... More

Strawberry Park has tons of activities for everyone from young children to the adults. They organize games and contests which adds to the experience. They have three medium sized pools (one strictly for adults), a baby pool, splash pad, and bouncy house. In addition, they have tons of fields, playgrounds, frisbee golf course, washer toss, horseshoes, and much more. Being... More

Strawberry Park is full of activities and seems to be getting better. A splash-pad had been added and new improvements keep happening. They have a pizza truck that sets up and sells great pizza if you want something to eat while listening to music at the pool area. The new management seems to care about what is going on in... More

On advice of a friend we called and made 2 reservations at this campground for October 2015 to camp 48 hours ago. Did not have access to internet so I made the call. As luck would have it we will not be able to go camping those two weekends. I call to cancel the reservations and am told there is... More

This was my first visit and to start I was thinking the site prices were a bit high but I figured we have heard a lot about this campground so lets try it out. The sites are not raked between campers so there was a bunch of small trash and debris mixed in the dirt all over. The sites are... More

We still go to Strawberry park for weekends and just returned from a week stay. Since the new management took over and last years review I noticed improvements. There was more staff around the whole campground and I actually heard people on golf carts checking the area during the evening. The staff running the activities were friendlier than last year... We just returned from a 5 day stay at Strawberry Park Resort in Preston, CT. We had reservations for another campground in the same town but when we arrived the campground was not what we expected so we left. I will not mention this campground by name in this review but will be writing a review shortly. I called Strawberry... More
