The rooms were spotless, the breakfast superb, and the pastries were to die for. It is within walking distance to the new Katherine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center and charming downtown Old Saybrook, CT. Lovely small town shops and excellant restaurants line Main St. Excellant value.
Carol was a delight from the moment we walked in then out....talked to me during breakfast since Anne did not come with me, very nice.

Hi. Keep in mind that it is a big old house, though, we did not travel with a lil one. There are 2 buildings so they could best tell you if or what rooms might be set, somewhat, alone. The downstairs room is but it is located right near the front door so coming/going guests might be an issue if your little one is very light sleeper. We did have a wonderful stay!!!
