We stayed here as a pit stop on our way to Maine. Due to a terrible storm in Maine which caused then to loose power, we ended up staying here an extra 2 days and Seaport was very accommodating. When we initially arrived it was very late because we drove through the terrible storm coming up the east coast. All of our information was left in a late arrival box at the front,. We were able to get in and find our spot with no issues, although it was a little difficult to see the numbers on the boxes at 11pm, but we managed. The pull thru made it nice so we didn't have to disturb our neighbors. They have a very small bark park for the dogs, but a big open area behind the pond that our dogs loved. We did take them off leash back there so stretch their legs and they loved that. It is a very quiet park...at least it was the days we were here, being that it is off season and we were here mid-week, the park was not full. It is close to so many things which was wonderful. We could leave the dogs in the camper and go in and do the seaport museum, or the aquarium and be back in a couple of hours. The seaport was only about 10 minutes away. Cider Mill was only .4 miles and a great place to visit and get some fresh goodies. They do have a small put put, volleyball court, bocce court, and pool, but we didn't not use any of these, nor did we see anyone using them. The fitness center was closed. They do have bath houses, restrooms and laundry facilities and all seem clean and in good working order. The staff at the front desk was less than friendly, but they were accommodating when we needed the extra day. We will definitely keep this on our list to return!

Property's Favorite Review
This was our first time going to this campground, and we were really very pleased. Check in in was super simple, sites were HUGE and level. We are not self contained, so I was very happy to see that the bathrooms were modern and very clean. Even more impressive was watching the change over at the pool. Given the crazy times we're in, groups were limited on a first come/first serve basis to one hour blocks at the pool. At the changeover, the staff went in and cleaned all of the chairs and railings. We did not see such care taken at our other recent camping trip at another campground, so we were very impressed to see this. The staff was friendly, the campground was super quiet at night - given it was a holiday weekend, that's not always the case . It's also incredibly close to all the fun in southeastern CT - we found ourselves enjoying the vineyards, Mystic, Stonington and Watch Hill, all within literally a few miles. We're so glad we found this campground, and we'll definitely go back!

Had a beautiful, quiet trip with our 30' motorhome. It is a very clean and well kept RV park with lots to offer (mini golf-bring your own putter due to Covid, heated pool, pickle ball and tennis courts) though we did not take advantage as the weather was cold. We loved the fire pit and plenty of space at each campsite. The grounds are quite lovely with trees and plantings. We hope to return again soon! We could not get cable to work but might have been on our end. Two pump stations available and for longer stays they do have a mobile option. All campers were respectful of the rules, including with their dogs.

Totally enjoyed our visit to this relaxing property. Close to historic Mystic and so many fun and exciting activities within 2-3 miles. The staff were so professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! A special shout out to the Manager and her front office customer relations representative. Both ladies were terrific; and as an RV novice I really appreciated the helpful tips they shared with me on how to maximize RV unit operations; they made our family vacation so comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit!
