The King room with a view was beautiful, overlooking the greenhouse-like grounds below. Our stay was only 2 nights, wish it was longer! Nearby restaurant Lugano's was a great for dinner. So many great shops and places to eat within short driving distance. 100% will revisit and recommend!
I called to make a reservation (versus booking online) I order to get a specific group rate. I was offered three options within the group rate depending on the type of room, and I chose one. When I checked in, I discussed the group rate with the front desk to see if it included breakfast and/or parking. The person at the desk said the group rate comes with discounted, but not free, breakfast. Imagine my surprise when I electronically checked out and wasn’t charged the quoted and confirmed rate— but instead one that was 40% higher! The hotel refused to charge me the quoted and confirmed rate— stating it wasn’t available during my stay. If it wasn’t available, why did the reservation agent offer it to me? Why didn’t the front desk person tell me I didn’t have the rate we were discussing? Fortunately, there are plenty of alternatives within 10 miles of this hotel.…
Although the hotel was less luxurious and full - presumably because of Covid or the economy- the Hotel check in, rooms, conference facilities, convention fair, alternative arrangements for lunch and supper were all done well - by a helpful, professional staff which was ready, willing and able to provide services with a smile. Wonderful hotel stay and experience for my wife and me - as always, for this and the past 35 years.
Was great loved the room pool and adjoining rooms. Front desk incredibly helpful. Missed having the restaurant and bar. Will be happy when this resumes. Market place ok. Needs more optiions. Will return
Poor Air Quality, dirty rooms, and disgusting food at exorbitant prices. A true horror show of an experience. The clunky old air conditioning system kept me up all night. Stay at a motel off of the highway: you'll have a better experience and at least get what you paid for!!!
Will return to this hotel only for conventions or conferences. This is certainly not a resort hotel. Dining and food options are scant to none. The only restaurant is located in a section on one side of the atrium. For nourishment, thank goodness our convention provided snacks and beverages. We probably will starve if we counted on the food put out by this hotel. Fortunately, there are eateries in a 2 to 3 mile radius of this place that served satisfying food.
The room was cramped with a TV way too large for the space. We were giving a connecting room (didn't need one). As the doors between rooms aren't very soundproof, we heard everything going on next door. It's impossible to reach a live hotel person by phone, even when calling from the room. Everything goes through a robot-led phone system. Even the staff say its terrible. The hotel has lots of parking but charges guests for it, which is odd and gougey for a suburban hotel.
Check in process was quick & easy, front desk staff was very personable & friendly! Our room was very clean, bed was extremely comfy, salt water pool & hittin were so relaxing. Such a beautiful hotel!! Food was delicious! We had an amazing stay!!
I’ve been going here 11 years in a row so wonderful and great place clean friendly would recommend to everyone but need to re-open all the stuff that they used to have like the club breakfast area dinner
We only stayed one night and arrived late in the evening. Used online check in and getting our keys was a breeze. But the lobby is stunning. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Could have used a heavier blanket or an extra blanket in the closet.
