Hotel was really nice, but there was a wedding party staying there that was extremely loud at 4:00am. Front desk staff was very accommodating about the noise and took off a % off upon departure. Would definitely go there again.

I knew about this hotel because I live nearby and had always wanted to see it. Little did I know I would have the chance after having no power or water for 6 days from the aftermath of a storm in the area. My last hotel visit to another chain in London was a disaster, so I was reluctant to book any hotel but I did. I asked for a room that would give me a chance of peace and quiet and I got it! It was quiet, cool, and a welcome relief. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is very convenient although it's not picturesque for CT, but the hotel makes the best of it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to visitors.

This hotel is stunning, first of all. The rooms are immaculate, and the lobby is gorgeous. For the price, I was amazed. The service also was extremely friendly and accommodating upon our later arrival as well. I wish their amenities were open but that just gives us a great reason to return in the future. Oh, and the bed, was super comfortable. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed and had high hopes. I usually stay at another property in Norwalk but I thought I would try something new. Front desk staff was nice. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and their message didn’t reflect that. It wasn’t until I went to their website that I saw they were closed. The room was nice but very tired. There was damage to the tv stand and the bathroom had no shelf in the shower to put anything. There also was no coffee or cups to make coffee. They did bring some as soon as I called. It wasn’t a bad stay by any means. I was just hoping for a nicer experience.

Do not stay in this hotel unless you like train noise and lots of it... This hotel is modern, clean and has a nice staff, but the hotel is very noisy and hard to sleep in as freight train runs literally 10 feet from the back of the hotel. Additionally, don't park your car in the garage unless you want it to be filled with bird droppings. This is a quality hotel that is hurt by its location and its construction challenges which is disappointing as it could be so much more...

Dear cschia307794, Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with this valuable feedback from your recent visit. I apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty sleeping the nearby train may have caused. I appear that aside from the train, you did truly like the hotel and the staff. should you wish to return again in the future we would be happy to assign your room on the opposite side of the hotel, to mitigate the train noise. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you wish to discuss your stay further. Thank you again, Kevin Gross Director of Operations kgross@hotelzerodegrees.com
