Our stay was amazing. The room service was out of this world, super clean and kept in great shape and the over all view from the hotel and room was AMAZING. The staff was so professional and caring. I will for sure pick Hotel Zero for all my traveling.

Make sure y’all check your online amenities before charge people. I had no water, no robe nor sleepers, we had to wrap ourselves in sheets. Shame on y’all Zero Degrees, y’all should change the name to Zero amenities.

Response from Kevin Gross, General Manager at Hotel Zero Degrees Norwalk
Responded 3 weeks ago
Dear lumane2012, Thank you for choosing Hotel Zero Degrees for your recent visit to Norwalk, and for sharing your feedback on TripAdvisor. To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we removed a number of items like bathrobes, pens pads, coffee, glasses and in room directories from the rooms. This decision was made due to recommendations from the CDC, and was not meant to negatively impact your stay but rather keep both you and the guests that occupy the room after your departure as safe as possible. We do have items that can be delivered to your room upon request, I apologize if that was not made aware to you at check-in. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss further. Safe Travels, Kevin Gross Director of Operations kgross@hotelzerodegrees.com

At first view, the hotel looked like it was going to be a great experience. I traveled for a wedding and was taking the first plunge out during the pandemic away from my little ones to celebrate a close friend. However, we ended up leaving more than displeased, after I experienced a brown water shower. Enough that it ran for over a minute (took a video) and that my towel was brown from drying my hair. Upon visiting the front desk, we were advised it wasn't their fault - it was the town's fault and that it wasn't actually dirty, just the town working on the pipes (okay??)...and then to find out a few days later we were charged far more than the advertised priced, which was why we booked there and not somewhere else (beware of the hidden fees). I have written two reviews probably ever and I am in the hospitality industry, which is why this was so unappealing and really such an unenjoyable stay. Just could have been handled in such a more professional and respectable manner. Cannot say I recommend or would return.

Dear kateZ77ktc, Thank you for taking a moment to provide us with this valuable feedback from your recent stay. I am truly sorry for the water issues you encounter while with us, and am disappointed in our staff’s overall effort and response to rectify the situation as best they could. We did receive notification of a water line break, and the need to turn additional pumps as a result of that line breaking. This was a large-scale issue that both the hotel, as well as numerous other businesses in the area were affected by. I apologize if the hotels response to this issue was lacking empathy and professionalism. I take responsibility for that, and I will certainly use this an opportunity to discuss with them how to better manage large scale issues such as this one. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you would like to discuss your stay further. Regards, Kevin Gross Director of Operations kgross@hotelzeroddegrees.com

Hotel was really nice, but there was a wedding party staying there that was extremely loud at 4:00am. Front desk staff was very accommodating about the noise and took off a % off upon departure. Would definitely go there again.
