This was a very nice hotel. You drive way up a hill to get to it which gave you the extra feeling of security. The rooms were very plush and had a sweet little kitchen. They did not have the dishes there but you could order what ever you needed from the office.

I stayed here because of the great experience I had at another hotel in the chain. Unfortunately, this did not match that experience. The room was fine, but it had a weird smell. Also, I need to work at my room desk most nights while traveling and the desk was bar height. Not very comfortable for long hours of work....

I was put up here by my company on one of our yearly business trips. Upon entering the lobby was quiet, clean, and had fresh coffee out. The desk clerk was a petite young lady with a soft voice who seemed eager to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious with storage for my clothes, a sizeable...

Below average hotel, uncomfortable bed - not industry standard breakfast, dated, marginally clean, confusing check-in - compared to stays recently in Sturbridge Suites: Not even a close fourth. Believe better choices available in area.

Cleaned my room myself. Had to beg to get room vacuumed and have toilet paper and towels replenished. I striped the sheets myself and found crumbs of food under them. Room was dusty and gross. Pee from someone else still on toilet. Used a whole container of Lysol wipes to clean one room. Finally had sheets changed and got into...

facility was extremely clean, and staff was courteous and friendly. Accommodations were very comfortable! Everything about it made our stay an extremely positive experience! booking through a third party got us the best possible rates (Hotels.com)

Checking in (no reservation) was really smooth. The guy at the desk was very personable, but did neglect to ask how many nights we needed, and what the rate was. People on our hall were up and down the hall slamming doors most of the night. The room was very decent, but there was hair in the bathtub. Not the...

The room itself was fine....the service was lacking. If you need toilet paper, you need to ask, no extra in rooms....they advertise fully stocked kitchen...you have to ask for all supplies. Noisy! Woken at 3 am by trash company picking up dumpster. Breakfast was a joke...they call it grAb and go...only there wasn't anything to grab.

Was not super impressed......doors not automatic...had to put down everything to open 2 sets of doors. No extra toilet paper in room...have to ask. Very noisy....truck came to change trash dumpster at 2 a.m. Breakfast was a grab and go....but very chintzy. The room itself was fine, just not a lot of service. Wifi service was free....but poor quality.

This place was beyond gross. The first room given was very dirty, had dust on surfaces and smelled bad. The whole hotel had a musty stale smell to it. The second room given was a little better but still was dirty. The bed had yellow stains on it when I called front desk jasmine was very accommodating she came up...
