My stay was just one evening but I was impressed and would not hesitate to stay again when in the area. It was the perfect spot to stay for an evening when I was in the area to catch a show at Infinity Hall. Comfortable and clean accommodations, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast. Have the waffle!

Hello Sean, Thanks so much for the great review! We are really glad you enjoyed your stay with us! Ah, yes, those raised waffles...pretty darn good:-) Glad you liked them! Of course the real maple syrup from nearby Mead's does add to the enjoyment as does the organic butter. Look forward to welcoming back! Infinity Hall is, as you know,...

Stayed in the carriage house which is lovely, but not as luxurious as the main house. However, made to feel welcome in any of the common areas throughout. An evening fire was a treat. Rooms in carriage house do have some sound issues.

So glad you enjoyed your stay! Yes, it's getting to be that time of year for the fireplaces to be busy. We will be open all winter this year, so... It's true there are some sound issues. A 130-year old building does not have the same insulation materials we do now. That's one of the reasons, quite honestly, we have...

We had a grand time at The Infinity Theater and it was an added bonus to find such a quiet and beautiful place to stay. We also very much enjoyed our delicious breakfast and lively conversation. We had never explored that part of CT before and were pleasantly surprised at the rural beauty, architecture and cultural opportunities in the Norfolk...

Thank you! Well, Tabu thanks you right off:-) She is our greeter, to be sure. So glad you enjoyed your stay with us! This is indeed a lovely area of New England. I am not from the area and when I came here I was very pleasantly surprised how nice it is here. Truly lovely area. Infinity is all of...

My husband and I were fortunate to stay at Blackberry River Inn on a last minute get-a-way. The gracious and talented Innkeeper, T.W., warmly welcomed us to a first class stay. He generously upgraded our room to one with a fireplace, king bed and large (clean and well appointed) bathroom. Breakfast of fresh fruit, coffee/tea, juice and choice of eggs,...

Beautiful inn located in lovely area of CT. Colonial home, beautiful property. Room with private bath, adequate size for two people. Great location for our purposes of hiking and leaf peeping. Room could be cleaner; someone else's clothing was on a night table. No cable tv; dvr adequate. Breakfast was very good. However I could have easily eaten two waffles...

Stayed in the Carriage House and shared a bathroom with our adult daughter. VERY pleasant. The place is well-maintained and the Inn keeper, TW, was both personable and an excellent breakfast chef and host. We would return. As to price: I have stayed at less charming, more 'modern' places for the same or more $$. I am frugal by nature...

Warm and helpful staff (YW) plus wonderful breakfasts, The only drawback was the lack of wifi in the carriage house. The rooms were furnished authentically and one felt as if one was in the 1800's. Also, the inn is located near many tourist sites in northern Connecticut and the Berkshires.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Inn! We do appreciate it.
