The Inn has all the New England charm you could want. It was spotlessly clean and each room had something unique to offer. The nicest bed and breakfast we've stayed in yet! There were plenty of restaurants and shops within 1-2 miles, plus the town beach and boardwalk to enjoy the ocean views. Patricia was a very accommodating and helpful... More

This was our second time staying at Fourteen Lincoln Street and it was better than ever. Patricia is an amazing in every way, from her awesome culinary skills to her excellent driving ability (she even gave us a ride to our event). The Inn is by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. We are sure... More

We thought how lovely 14 Lincoln Street (also known as Inn de la Mer) looked online, but nothing prepared us for the beauty of the restoration and design of this 19th century church. The inn is indeed lovingly restored with many interesting historical notes (pressed tin ceilings and walls in several rooms). In addition, it is stylishly designed inside and... More

I couldn't have been happier with our 1 night stay. We were greeted immediately with a very warm welcome, and then given a short tour. The accommodations are 1st rate and the food was exceptional. I will definitely consider staying here during my next visit

This Inn is just absolutely beautiful and the owner, Patricia is very nice and very attentive and a wonderful cook! We went for our wedding anniversary, April 15,, 2016. From the moment we walked in, my every sense was fulfilled. The decor is beautiful in every common room, luxurious yet very comfortable. Music was playing in the background during appropriate... An absolutely stunning B&B in a quaint sea side village. I was there for a tea party last weekend and it was executed brilliantly. Everyone was thrilled and enjoyed themselves immensely. The wheels have been turning for an excuse to hold another event there and stay for a long weekend. I cannot wait to go back. Full experience is on... More

I attended a special birthday tea for my first visit to Inn de la Mers. The plating was lovely, the repast excellent, and the atmosphere took one to another time. While my visit was brief the afternoon was one to remember among family and friends. Thank you to the owner and staff.

This was our first time staying at 14 Lincoln St. Accommodations were lovely. Food was delicious and most of all our host Patricia is lovely. Easy access to walk downtown and on the boardwalk. The Book Barn is a favorite place of ours. This will now be a regular place for us to stay when we come to Niantic.

My husband & I found this gem on Trip Advisor when we needed a place to stay for 1 night near Groton, CT and didn't want to head toward Mystic or Stonington. The owner Patricia has done a perfect job to create a beautifully restored and furnished bed & breakfast in this former church. The white clapboard country church with... More

The innkeeper has done a very nice job of restoring and decorating this converted church. Unlike most other inns, this building feels roomy and spacious due in part to the two story dining room and sitting area located in the church's sanctuary. All of the rooms are quite nice. We stayed in the America's Cup room which my wife appreciated.... More
