My room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The t.v. in my room (221) was huge! My room also had a mini refrigerator and microwave. All this for less than $90.00 It was quite a deal. I definitely will stay here, when I am in the area.

We went to New Milford because it was a 20 minute ride from many other towns that we wanted to visit and was so affordable. The room was spacious and clean. After a long drive (over 6 hours) to get there, we were happy to see everything was in order. It helped make the trip a lot easier and fun.

An awful old place that needs New carpet as it is beyond cleaning. It smells horrible. the tub had a greasy feel underfoot, the mirror frame was coming apart, hot and cold water are reversed, and when it rains, u can hear every drop hitting the wall mtd a/c unit which is loud enough to wake you.

The Inn does not have curb appeal. But the room we stayed in was beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with double sinks. Great view of the river from the huge picture window. Location was good. Be sure to ask for the Lux rooms - they have the water view. It appears to be a newer addition to... More

Rocky River Inn took your standard motel and kicked it up a notch. By offering a luxury room, we had new comfy mattresses, high thread count sheets, flat screen TV and Avede toiletries. These little details made the experience fun and unexpected for a drive up motel. The rooms had been recently redone and were clean and in excellent condition.... More

We stayed for a week while attending the Litchfield Jazz Camp held at the Canterbury School in New Milford. Rinal and her mom were wonderful! Very friendly and made us feel right at home. We decided to upgrade to a larger renovated room for a bit more space and luxury since we were staying for a full week. I would... More

I was in the area for my 55th Reunion at South Kent School during June. The hotel was listed on the School's "recommended lodging" list. Although the School opened their dormitories for the Alumni, however for this 'Lum closing in on age 75, "uh, thanks but no thanks". I normally stay at major brand properties, but in the Housatonic Valley,... More

It was probably the most beautiful elegant room we've ever stayed in...HOWEVER... carpenter ants ruined everything! This hotel needs some serious EXTERMINATING...not a can of ant spray that we had to go out late at night to buy! I gave 2 stars for the appearance of the room and the gorgeous view from our enormous window! If you like isolation... More

We decided to stay at this inn due to the reviews here on Trip Advisor. However, our experience was not so wonderful. We stayed three nights. The first day, we were out until late and housekeeping had not been in our room. So, we called for towels and about 20 to 30 minutes later, we got a few towels. Like... More
