My son and I have been at Bella Alpaca ranch twice now. We had a great time each time. I especially like the yoga classes, and Sal's guidance to local spiritual places like the local church /blacksmith/nunnery. My son really liked interacting with the animals including the floppy cats and the alpacas and the pigs. Our new alpaca socks are... More

Rustic charm fills the air as you enter the gated Bella Alpaca Farm. We were greeted warmly by Sal the owner and given a tour of the main building on our way to the Loft. The Loft had 12ft ceiling wood planks covering the walls and ceiling completely hand built by Sal... It had private bathroom, terrace, small fridge, coffee... More

Being at Bella Alpaca Farm and B&B was a beautiful experience. My sister and I stayed in the lovely and spacious loft with wood work done by Sal. On Sat AM, we took a really good yoga class led by Judy, followed by a mini tour of the farm and time with the amazing Alpacas! Beautiful animals. Well taken care... More

The accommodations were unique and rustic, incredibly comfortable beds. Those looking for a retreat from Manhattan etc would find this ideal. Those somewhat used to a rural setting would find it pleasant but perhaps a little pricey for what is offered. The owners are friendly but disorganized. My dealings with them were a little confused before our arrival, when I... More

My husband and I spent the weekend here for our wedding anniversary, and have already begun planning to return next summer! We traveled with our dogs, and wanted to "un-plug" for a couple of days while spending most of our time outdoors - Bella Alpacas was a perfect fit. Our room was much larger than we expected - it was... More

This weekend I stayed at the gatehouse with my boyfriend. We both are animal lovers and were looking for a relaxing getaway. The house was very comfortable and clean. Only about 7 minutes away from town we were able to get dinner and movie. Saturday morning we got to meet the Alpacas for the first time and they were so... More

I love alpacas so my fiance, Paul, surprized me with a birthday weekend get-a-way to the Bella Alpaca Farm/Bed & Breakfast. I've never received a better birthday present! Paul communicated with Sal, one of the owners, months in advance of our stay and Sal was so accomodating about everything. When we arrived, we were greeted by Judy and Nico, who... More

We stayed here two weeks ago with our 2 year old daughter. She absolutely loved the alpacas and cats on the farm! Even though we got really unlucky with the weather (barely 70 and pouring rain in midJune!) we had a great time and truly relaxed. The breakfast was farm fresh organic eggs and warm biscuits, amazing! Great service, very... More

3 friends and I stayed at the Gatehouse for a quiet bachelor/ette weekend. (The Gatehouse was a safe house station of the Underground Railroad, BTW!) It was just the sort of weekend that we wanted: we love alpacas, we got to stay right on the farm, and Sal and Judy were incredibly kind to us. Sal greeted us at the... More
