This is definitely not a typical Clarion. We suggested it to the couple we were with and how embracing that was. The pillow top mattress was flat and hard. The hotel/motel is very aged. Although there is some new features still gross in the room. Right in front of the toilet was sticky. The breakfast was a joke. They ran... More

In all fairness, as a business traveler I usually stay at lower end Marriotts and Hiltons - i.e. Fairfield Inn/Hampton Inn, but there was nothing available in this location so I thought I'd give Clarion a try. I noticed they've done a lot of campaigning to promote the Choice Hotel Group and thought I'd give them a shot. The young... More

We checked in to the hotel and was given a room where the sheets did not appear to have been changed. We pulled the sheets back to look for bed-bugs (didn't find any), but we did find black lint from someone's sock, leg hair, and flakes of dry skin. We requested another room, so we moved two doors down. We... More

I chose this hotel because of its convenient location right off the highway which is exactly what we were looking for. We really just stayed for a quick overnight before we were on our way again so place worked well. Room is what was expected for this type of hotel...basic, clean, and morning breakfast option before we hit road again.

This hotel is located right off the highway. The rooms weren't bad except for the bathroom where my feet swung when I sat on the toilet and the sink came to my hips. We had a king bed which was comfortable and the room was clean. Towels were touch and go, some ratty some not bad. The outside and lobby... More

It was only a 1 day stay thank goodness. Dead bugs and excretions on window sills. Desk chair did not work. They replaced it with a regular 4 legged chair. Phone did not work and was never fixed. Had to walk to service desk for everything. Pool temperature was ice cold. Breakfast was chaos. Bath mat was dingy.

The price was right as we needed two rooms for Parents Weekend. The rooms, hall, lobby all were clean. Room keys worked for the rooms, parking was easy to access rooms without walking through Lobby. Bedding clean white, plenty of towels. The bed was in need of replacement, very spongy. The hall noise and parking lot noise was noticeable. Breakfast... More

Driving up from Florida and needed to get a good night's sleep. This hotel was perfect! Only complaint was room keys didn't work for our room. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the room. Staff was friendly. We will stay here again.

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you know that is not going to be on par with some of their other facilities. Our check-in went smooth and we were given key cards for our room. To access the second floor they staff member suggested we go around to the rear parking lot. The lots were not the newest... More

One of our keys did not work to enter with our luggage. The room had a very musty smell. the halls were not clean. The display of brochures in the lobby was almost empty. No coffee in the lobby and no cookies in the evening at 8 PM. Breakfast the next morning. Most of the serving trays were empty. No... More
