The Austin St. Inn is a stunning Greek Revival, 6-bedroom B&B tucked in the heart of Historic Westville Village, home of New Haven's booming art and fashion district and best brunch spots. The Inn is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the heart of Downtown New Haven and 5-10 minutes away from Yale University, University of New Haven, and Southern Connecticut State University. The lovingly restored house, known as the Miles and Elezar Hotchkiss house, was built in 1820 by one of Westville's founding families. The Inn has 4 bedrooms with private baths in the main house and a 2-bedroom suite with a private entrance, 1 bath, and kitchenette. The house is furnished with lovely antiques, handmade beds, luxury linens, and original art by some of Connecticut's finest artists.

If you are traveling to New Haven, Ct. and need a good place to stay which isn't a hotel, I highly recommend the Austin Street Inn. This inn has been remodeled with very thoughtful restoration and is handicapped accessible. The rooms are clean and furnished with antiques.
